Interesting. I bet the one with two things on the top of the head is the Grass type. They look like leaves after all. I want these things to have at least on of them to evolve and gain Psychic as a Type. The game needs more Psychic pokemon.

Grass looks like a mix between a bunny and a pig (I am going by assumption of the shapes, as most pokemon's types can be ID'd as such.), the fire seems like Mawile for some reason, and the water looks like a beaver or something... Though these are just guesses, unknown if it's true.

I think it will be in Rockets best interest if I pull out of R&D to devolve Twig. His stats should only half but he will be an egg and hatch as a level one. Thus if we everstone him he can be really powerful.

 

However he has yet to accept my card game souls stealing plan then play Twig and use the devolve spray then turn him back to normal.

Also we need more type variety, maybe separate the grunts into further divisions based on types (each division run by a admin).

 

Admins appear to be common now and they are considered experinced enough to use multiple types and run squads of grunts.

Yes, we need a lot more type diversity. It's a wonder the Grunts can do anything with the things they have. Let's get them some Goldeens, quite common, or Krabby, which can be found easily as well. Maybe a few Ice types, Snowrunt or maybe a Swinub.

Very well then Ice, I shall proceed with Plan Yggdrasil.

 

I suggest we include small Rocket lobbies in the following locations:

Mauville

Celedon

Veilstone

Goldenrod

Lilycove

 

 

These places have game corners and department stores, with a bustling economy it is obvious that it will have some heavy crime districts like New York and Vegas do.

 

The rocket lobbies have teleporters (modified from the box tech) to transpotrt people to my base, the abandoned area of Kanto's battle frontier (I'm still disappointed that Johto's and sinnohs are identical and therefore will pretend Johto doesn't have one).

 

It has plenty of space and with it's many different buildings we can easily adapt it to make a thriving rocketopia.

 

Plus I'm lonley, this place has a abandoned theme park feel and the gastly's don't make much conversationalists.

We'll have to compete with Team Galactic in Veilstone, but that won't be hard. However, it'll cost more money.
