Basically, it's a Rattata with a Focus Sash, Endevor (sp?), Quick Attack and something else. The plan is to take a hit and get to 1 HP with Focus Sash. Use Endevor to get the foe down to 1 HP, and finish with Quick Attack. But as soon as someone sends out a Rattata, you know what it's doing. And sandstorm rapes it. So does faster priority. I don't know what Helix or Dome fossils give you, but I'm pretty sure you can breed fossil Pokemon. And I have Armaldo, Cradily, Aero, and IIRC Kabutops and Omastar.
