XXX-Saber Finisher

This card is probably overpowered but all well i wanted to do a XXX-Saber Monster with enough power to finish the duel.Here it is:

 

 

Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 "X-Saber" Monsters. When this card is Summoned, select and Special Summon 1 "X-Saber" Monster Card from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. The Special Summoned Monster is destroyed when this card is removed from the field. While you control 1 "X-Saber" Monster with 3000 or more ATK on your side of the field, when this card Attacks, you can Tribute this card to have the Monster gain ATK equal to the "X-Saber" Monsters in your Graveyard X200. The selected Monster cannot be destroyed by card effects until the End Phase. While this card is in your Graveyard and you have over 30 cards in your Graveyard, you can remove this card from play to destroy all Cards on the field. Then, your opponent discards Cards from the top of his Deck until he has 30 Cards in his Graveyard. Then, you and your opponent count the Cards in your Deck. Who has more Cards in his Deck, wins the Duel. If the Deck Count is the same, then the Duel ends in a Draw. This effect cannot be negated.

effect is way too long... 7/10, the picture isn't very unique

ok with the attack boosting effect I can see why you lowered its base atk, but 2700 is WAY too weak for lv12.

 

I'd have made it 3500 instead, at least

The effect is pretty awful in Xabers =/ It's just an ATK boost for Emmers/ect 90% of the time, I run Xabers often and I'd never touch this.

Yeah well you excpected wrong.Just kidding and i meant for it's main effect to be the 30 cards in Graveyard finisher.
