Me, I would drop the discarding effect completely given the rest of its effects aren't that OPed

I would, but they don't really work well with YuGiOh; And, I prefer to be called Kid, since Death is my father.

I also think it is underpowered, 2 card loss seems a lot, it is only usable on summon and as such once per playing this card, and only if your opponent has 3 or more monsters. I think it would be fine even if you removed the discard effect and the limit that your opponent has to have 3 monsters to have this cards effect activated. Nice effort.
