If a monster has been destroyed and this card attacks an opponent's monster, this card gains 1000 ATK during the Damage Step only.

[spoiler=[size=x-small]EN005- Charmeleon[/size]][spoiler=Lore]This card can't be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 "Charmander on your side of field. During battle between this card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

on your side of field. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, destroy the monster immediately with this card's effect without flipping it face-up or applying damage calculation.

The main problem with these are the fake types, other than that there is nothing REALLY wrong with these cards.

Here's what you should revise:

Bulbasaur evolutions could be : Dinosaur or Plant

Charmander evoulutions: Pyro or Dragon

Squirtle evolutions: Aqua

Are these the first cards you've made ? These aren't TOO bad.
