Fixed OCG

Old=Choose, which i originally had.

New=Select.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 2 Level 1 monsters from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. Select one of the monsters Special Summoned this way and the selected monster's effects are negated.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's Extra Deck during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Synchro Summoned. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can Special Summon 4 Level 2 monsters from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. Select one of the monsters Special Summoned this way and the selected monster's effects are negated.

4 Lv2 monster summon? That's quite a lot. But since you didn't put tribute or synchro summoning restrictions on them, they're still balanced out by synchro standards

 

so these two cards get 9.3/10 from me

you should probably change it to "4 or less" cuz you might not have exactly 4 monsters in your graveyard. same with the first card. 9/10
