When this card is Summoned, Select 1 face-up monster on the field and equip that card with this card. The equipped monster are destroyed at the End Phase of this turn(This card is still in the Spell and Trap cards zone). During your Draw Phase when this card is still in the Spell and Trap card zone, you can Special Summon it to your side of the field instead of drawing a card

The picture isn't showing up, so I can't see the stats or anything, but it seems very weak. It uses a Summon, blows up another of your monsters, and uses up an extra Draw Phase just to be on the field in a Monster Card Zone - and once it's done that, it doesn't even have an effect that does anything. Unless you gave it stupidly broken stats, I can't imagine myself ever using this.

It can blow up an opponent's monster, too.

But for a tribute monster, definitely UP'd.

I'm pretty sure "Trap Card Zone" is in caPS, but the OCG is fine. Really cool picture as well.

For some reason, I thought it said "that you control" when describing the equipped monster.

 

Even then, it still seems fairly weak. Spending a Tribute Summon on it to blow up an opponent's monster is spending two cards to kill one, and spending a Draw Phase to get an 1850 ATK Vanilla isn't terribly attractive unless I know that I'm going to win that turn.
