tributing should be Tributing

 

no need for quotes around DARK, or 1000

 

end phase should be End Phase

 

draw phase should be Draw Phase, and I feel that's giving your opponent too much draw power

 

also, since you said you MUST send your hand to the Graveyard, give an alternative: what happens if you have no cards in your hand?
