Idk. It's hard to figure out on a sig like this. Either way' date=' if you tried effects, and they wouldn't work, then the sig is just fine as it is.

Yeah not your best. Text needs work, alot. I suggest setting the opacity to 40% or something that works better. Not really anything going on in the tag. Pretty flat too. :/

Fine, but at least have certain set permissions, because quite frankly it doesn't help people who get CnC'ed by other people who don't know what they're talking about. It also helps weed out the leaders from the juniors.
