ragnarok1945
shame it has no effect while on the field it's just another way of summoning a Blue Eyes so you should give it an effect while on the field or it may not be worth it 7.8/
Donsheo
Blue-Eyes White Sky Dragon "The White Stone of Legend" + 1 or more Non-Tuner monstersWhen this card sent to the Graveyard, you can remove it from play to add 1 card from your Graveyard to your hand. RedRaptor10
Dark Blue-Eyes: It doesn't have any "good" effects that would help you. All I see are drawbacks. 6/10 Blue-Eyes White Sky Dragon: I think I know where you're going with the effect. But sending 2 cards from your deck to the grave? I don't think I'd do that, unless I knew what the top cards on my deck were. 7/10 Blue-Eyes Draco: I like its effect and picture. So you use Blue-Eyes White Sky Dragon's effect to send this to the grave? 9/10 Cocoon: Looks like a nice card. It has some errors, and name could be different. 8/10 White Dragon: I think it's Overpowered since that is the same as normal summoning a Blue-Eyes. If you give it another drawback, it will look great. 7/10 (because of the cool picture)
ragnarok1945
Sky Dragon's effect is UPed by synchro standards yes you get the draw power, for the milling is still more, so overall you're still losing cards this way 7.5/
Nitro Death
Dark Blue-eyes's name should be "Blue-Eyes Dark Dragon."White Dragon's picture is exactly "Blue-Eyes White Dragon." Get another... Nothing Special, 6/
Donsheo
Thanks for the comments. BTW, I'm just testing some kind of cards, so there can be awful cards too. I tried to do something unique and new: Rhatt, Guardian Dragon This card is unaffected by the effects of Effect Monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. You can reveal this card when your opponent activates an effect which sends card(s) from your hand to the Graveyard. Negate that effect and destroy that card.
