Effect:

This card cannot be destroyed by your opponents card effect or field Spell card. All DARK monsters gain 100 ATK for each LIGHT monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn return one LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to your Deck then Shuffle your Deck. No LIGHT monsters can be summoned while this card is on the field

Effect:

When this card is Summoned, you can destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the field. Once per duel you can activate "The Realm of Hell" from your Deck or Graveyard. This card gains 300 ATK for each LIGHT monster in your Graveyard. No LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard can be effected by any Spell cards or Trap cards activated by you or your opponent apart from "Realm of Hell"

for Fallen Angel, just atk gain is a little too basic for effect

 

yes there is the monster destruction effect, but that's 1 turn only

 

for the spell card, no need to say by Field Spell card. You already said card effects, so that will include Field Spell Card effects

 

summoned should be Summoned

 

a little bit small of an atk boost for the spell card, but whatever

The Realm of Hell

The OCG is clear and understandable, but slightly inconsistent with the current OCG. If you care to update it, here are the corrections:

 

This card cannot be destroyed by your opponents card effect(s) or Field Spell cards. All DARK monsters gain 100 for each LIGHT monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn (Phase?), return 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to your Deck, then shuffle your Deck. LIGHT monsters cannot be Summoned while this card is on the field.

 

The card is a bit OP due to the essentially infinite LIGHT monster lockdown (as in, there is no cost you have to pay to keep this effect active). Perhaps the card could be destroyed, returned to your Deck/hand, removed from play, etc. if there are no LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard. Also having the card protect itself (for free) against card effects and Field Spell activations is on the OP side.

 

The rest of the effects are reasonable and balanced, though only 100 ATK increase for each LIGHT monster is seems quite miniscule considering you must "return 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to Deck".

The Fallen Angel

 

Just a few OCG inconsistencies, extra words, missing/forgotten words, missing punctuation here and there; no big deal since the effect lore is generally clear. Here are the OCG fixes:

 

When this card is Summoned, you can destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the field. Once per duel, you can activate "The Realm of Hell" from your Deck or Graveyard. This card gains 300 ATK for each LIGHT monster in your Graveyard. LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard are not effected by any Spell Cards or Trap Cards except "The Realm of Hell".

 

The Summoning effect is fair, considering its Level. Balanced ATK/DEF, with a reasonable ATK bonus effect. The 3rd effect is fair considering it excludes "The Realm of Hell"'s effect. Image is nice, no blur, befitting of the title, and a bit interesting with the dual katanas.

EDIT: You were correct on usage of the term "gain". My OCG, in that capacity, was in fact incorrect (due to official YGO's switch-to-&-from "gain" to "increase", then back-to "gain"). I apologize and have removed the faulty 'corrections' in my post.
