interesting to see Shining Dragonness doesn't involve Blue Eyes Shining Dragon, though that was never a good card anyway, and yours has a much better effect anyway, as well as the best pic

You might want to change to remain face-up as this might hinder the understanding of the card.

Also as to Yubel's last sentence's, the ones in (), OCG is off (to a point where it doesn't mean what I think you wanted it to).

First of all, a monster equiped to an other monster is not a Union monster (except if the monster was an Union monster from the start) only monster that have Union after their type are Union monsters and this effect is always described on the Union monster no need to add on this card, also this card is Yubel - ..., and the equipped card (the card which has something equiped to it) is Yubel - ..., too, so basically the second half of the last sentence means: If this card would be destroyed, destroy this card instead...

Anyway, hope that made you understand what you did wrong (cause my explanation is rather messed up) so here is a correction to it:

Change the sentence in () to :

This card can only be equipped with 1 monster card at a time by this card's effect, when this card would be destroyed, destroy the monster card, which is equipped to this monster [by this card's effect], instead [, if any].

For the parts in [], I am not 100% wether they are needed or not.

Also for the Dragoness Yubel, you should specify from where you need to remove the 2 cards needed to summon it.
