However, I have read some threads in the cards sections and would like to say that I do not want anyone to rate my cards, nor do I want OCG fixes. I am mostly concerned with the playability of the cards in the Yu-Gi-Oh game itself (how they will combo with already existing cards, whether or not they are overpowered or underpowered, etc.) So, here's the set: Beast of the Land - Dog of the PrairieEarth Level 2 Beast/TunerATK:1000 DEF:200This card is treated as both a Field Spell and a Monster while in the Deck. If you control a "Beast of the Land" Field Spell, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by paying 500 Life Points. Once per turn, by paying 1000 Life Points, you can destroy all Field Spell cards and "Field Barriers" on the field, and then place one "Beast of the Land" Monster from your Graveyard into your Field Spell Card Zone and have it gain its Field Spell effect. When this card is destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can send all Field Spell Cards and "Field Barriers" on the Field to the Graveyard. Then, place this card in the Field Spell Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell with the following effect:●All "Beast of the Land" Monsters on the Field gain 500 ATK and DEF for every "Beast of the Land" Field Spell on the Field. Beast of the Land - Rat of the SewerEarth Level 1 Beast/TunerATK:800 DEF:800This card is treated as both a Field Spell and a Monster while in the Deck. If you control a "Beast of the Land" Field Spell, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by paying 500 Life Points. Once per turn, you can pay 100 Life Points to destroy 1 monster on your side of the field. Once per turn, you can add "Shifting Land" from your deck to your hand by paying 500 Life Points. When this card is destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can send all Field Spell Cards and "Field Barriers" on the Field to the Graveyard. Then, place this card in the Field Spell Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell with the following effect:●Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to add up to 1 each of "Crystal Beast" Monsters, "Beast of the Land" Monsters, or "Shifting Land" from your Deck to your Hand. Shifting LandContinuous SpellThis card is treated as a "Crystal Beast" Monster while face-up in the continuous spell and trap card zone, in the Deck, or in the Graveyard. The effects of "Beast of the Land" Monsters that you control that would send all Field Spells and "Field Barriers" from the Field to the Graveyard are negated. You are allowed to have more than one Field Spell face-up on your side of the Field, as long as all of those Field Spells are "Beast of the Land" Field Spells. If a non-"Beast of the Land" Field Spell is on the field, it is destroyed. Pay 500 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. If you do not, this card's effect is negated until your next Stanby Phase. This card is treated as a "Beast of the Land" card for the effect of "Beast of the Land - Lion of the Mountain" Beast of the Land - Lion of the MountainEarth Level 4 BeastATK:1800 DEF:1600This card is treated as both a Field Spell and a Monster while in the Deck. If you control a "Beast of the Land" Field Spell, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by paying 500 Life Points. Once per turn, by sending 1 "Beast of the Land" Field Spell on the field to the Graveyard, paying 1000 Life Points, and discarding 1 card, switch control of 1 monster on the field. When this card is destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can send all Field Spell Cards and "Field Barriers" on the Field to the Graveyard. Then, place this card in the Field Spell Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell with the following effect:●When you pay Life Points for the effect of a "Beast of the Land" monster, inflict damage to your Opponent equal to half the amount of Life Points you paid. Beast of the Land - Turtle of the SeaWater Level 5 ReptileATK:2000 DEF:2000This card is treated as both a Field Spell and a Monster while in the Deck. If you control a "Beast of the Land" Field Spell, you can Normal Summon this card from your hand without tribute by paying 500 Life Points. By paying 500 Life Points and sending 1 "Beast of the Land" Field Spell to the Graveyard, you can make 1 face-up "Beast of the Land" Monster gain ATK equal to double the total ATK of all other "Beast of the Land" Monsters on the Field. During the End Phase of a turn that you activated this effect, you must send all "Beast of the Land" monsters you control to the Graveyard and pay a number of Life Points equal to the total Levels of all monsters sent to the Graveyard x100. When this card is destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can send all Field Spell Cards and "Field Barriers" on the Field to the Graveyard. Then, place this card in the Field Spell Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell with the following effect:●You do not have to pay the Life Point cost of "Shifting Land". Your Field Spells do not affect your Opponent's Monsters. "Shifting Land" cannot be destroyed as long as this card remains face-up on the field. Beast of the Land - Hog of the GroundEarth Level 7 BeastATK:3000 DEF:1600This card is treated as both a Field Spell and a Monster while in the Deck. This card Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by paying 1000 Life Points while you control 4 face-up "Beast of the Land" Field Spells or by paying 1000 Life Points when you control 4 face-up "Crystal Beasts" in your Spell and Trap card zone. Once per turn, by paying 1000 Life Points, you can destroy and remove from play up to 2 cards on the field. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life points to send up to 2 cards on the field to the owner's hand. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to send up to 2 cards on the field to the top of the owner's deck. When this card is destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can send all Field Spell Cards and "Field Barriers" on the Field to the Graveyard. Then, place this card in the Field Spell Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell with the following effect:●When a "Beast of the Land" or "Crystal Beast" monster is Normal Summoned, you can pay 500 Life Points to add 1 "Shifting Land", "Crystal Beast" or "Beast of the Land" card from your deck to your hand. Beast of the Land - Fox of the ArcticEarth Level 6 BeastATK:2500 DEF:1600This card is treated as both a Field Spell and a Monster while in the Deck. If you control a "Beast of the Land" Field Spell, you can Normal Summon this card without any tributes by paying 500 Life Points. Once per turn, by paying 500 Life Points, you can halve the ATK of 1 face-up monster on the field. When this card is destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can send all Field Spell Cards and "Field Barriers" on the Field to the Graveyard. Then, place this card in the Field Spell Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell with the following effect:●Once per turn, you can pay any number of Life Points in multiples of 500 to destroy a number of cards on the field equal to the amount paid divided by 500. If you do so, destroy all cards on your side of the field during the End Phase Beast of the Land - Snake of the RiverEarth Level 3 Reptile/TunerATK:1500 DEF:1500This card is treated as both a Field Spell and a Monster while in the Deck. If you control a "Beast of the Land" Field Spell, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by paying 500 Life Points. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the field spell card zone, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon a "Beast of the Land" Monster from your deck. When this card is destroyed while in a Monster Card Zone, you can send all Field Spell Cards and "Field Barriers" on the Field to the Graveyard. Then, place this card in the Field Spell Card Zone and treat it as a Field Spell with the following effect:●All "Beast of the Land' and "Crystal Beast" Monsters gain 1000 ATK and DEF Gem BeastEarth Level 4 BeastATK:1200 DEF:1200This card gains ATK equal to the number of "Crystal Beast" cards in your Spell and Trap card zone and "Beast of the Land" cards in your Field Spell Card zone x500. Harvest of the LandNormal SpellDraw any number of cards. Send a number of "Beast of the Land" cards in your Field Spell Card Zone to the Graveyard equal to the amount of cards drawn. If you cannot, remove from play all cards in your hand and on your field. REMEMBER: DO NOT RATE OR FIX OCG! .dek Posted April 14, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 Rates aren't criticism, they are pointless posts and OCG fixes are just for make it look like someone with no life made it. All I wanna know is how well they would work in the real game and how to make the cards less/more powerful so that they are no longer too strong/weak. Link to comment
