I wasn't exactly quite sure on how to word The Fabled End so you couldn't discard and add the same cards. So, no, you cannot discard and add the same cards.

Current wording won't allow for returning the discards.

The great thing about this, it that I only need to put 2 cards in my Extra Deck and I can instantly have a chance of Summoning it in Fableds - It requires no changes to the Main Deck like Majestics. I run Fableds from time to time, and would definitely tech the Accel and 1/2 of the Tuner. Nice cards overall.
