ok, i'm trying to create a new card for my sig and it's not supposed to be realistici just want to hear if you like it or not

Effect

no deaths: atk 500, def 600, lv1, effect when this card gets destroyed it comes back and stronger. one death: atk 1200, def 1400, lv3, effect 1 when this card gets destroyed it comes back and stronger, effect 2 this card is unaffected by dark fiends. two deaths: atk 1800, def 1600, lv5, effect 1 when this card is destroyed it comes back and stronger, effect 2 this card is unaffected by dark fiends, effect 3 when a spell card is activated your opponent takes 500 damage. three deaths: atk 2300, def 2000, lv7, effect 1 this card is unaffected by dark fiends, effect 2 when a spell is activated your opponent takes 500 damage, effect 3 when a trap is activated your opponent takes 500 damage

Since I'm actually nice enough to correct you, I'll try correcting you ^^

 

My try:

When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during the End Phase (you can only use this effect 3 times per duel). Depending on the number of times this card was Special Summoned by its own effect, this card gains the following effects:

1: Increase the ATK of this card by 700, its DEF by 800, and its Level by 2. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by the card effects of a DARK Fiend-Type Monster.

2: Increase the ATK of this card by 1100, its DEF by 1000, and its Level by 4. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by the card effects of a DARK Fiend-Type Monster. When a Spell Card is activated, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

3: Increase the ATK of this card by 1800, its DEF by 1400, and its Level by 6. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by the card effects of a DARK Fiend-Type Monster. When a Spell Card or Trap Card is activated, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

 

Will not be perfect, but much better.

 

As for balance, I think it's a bit UP'ed (if you don't know, underpowered-OP'ed means overpowered. A term used commonly upon rating). Especially its final form. Should be around 2600, wouldn't hurt to enpower it.

 

For now, I'm going to let your UCG (Unofficial Card Grammer) pass. Without thinking of that, 7/10. At least the pic is good.
