[align=center]The "Winged Raptors" archetype that revolves around swarming your field, gaining Life Points, and negating attacks. Since they're holding that "DuelToRule" sweepstakes thing, if you don't sign-up you may not win. In this case, I've prepared myself with "Aurora Winged Raptor". Since they let you design a card, get 1000 bucks, and duel the national champ, I guess its worth it ^^.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can only Special Summon this card while you have 5 or more WATER attribute monsters removed from play. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Volcano Winged Raptor" from your Deck, Graveyard, or Hand. When this card is attacked, the attack is negated and you gain Life Points equal to half the ATK of the Monster that attacked.

I really can't be bothered to correct OCG at the moment except you don't need attribute in 'WATER attribute' but depends how the other cards are until I'll give a rating.

it's Winged Beast, not Winged-Beast

 

just say WATER monsters, no need for the "attribute" in there

for me, I find this card UPed. It's not too hard to summon, but all it does is give you LP like Draining Shield. It's not THAT critical
