this is supposed to be related to my Darkforce archetype but i made it generic Dark Tuner support, but still keeping with the theme.

I don't think you need the "permanently" in the text

 

other than that though, the OCG should be just fine

 

dropping it to 0 I guess that opens the door if you decide to make custom lv1 synchro monsters, you might want to try that then

without the permanently ppl might fined it confusing but probably isnt needed.

 

and this is Dark Tuner support but you could make level 1 synchros with it.
