I think the card lore should go something like this:

 

"If there is a "The Monster's Guardian Part 2" on the field, place this card on top of it. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the combined ATK and DEF of these cards."

 

To be honest, it seems to be a slightly bland effect, not very interesting if you ask me.

You should make it a Union monster. You should change the text so it reads like Y-Dragon Head. And I don't think you need the last sentence.

ALOT of OCG, get rid of the "and"s in the beginning of the sentences, part 1 should be "The Monsters Guardian Part " unless the cards name is actually "Part 1". Same with Part 2. And i don't get what you're trying to say with "Put Part 1's effect over Part 2" thing.
