In that case, the Battle Damage inflicted by this card becomes 400." <---for me, it's only a max of 1200 and probably not worth the loss of 3 lv4 or lower monsters. I'd change it to allowing it to attack an additional time for each lv4 or lower monster sent, but it can't do any Battle Damage. That way, you can still take your opponent's monsters with you

 

Bright Spear's effect is too boring for just gaining atk, give it another one
