Effect:This card cannot be normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Dream World". During your turn, all monsters you control gain 500 ATK and lose 500 DEF. If this card attacks your opponent directly, your opponent randomly discards 1 card.

 

Effect:This card cannot be normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Dream World". While this card is face up on the field all monsters your opponent controlls lose 500 ATK. If this card attacks your opponent directly, Draw 1 card.

 

Effect:When this card is activated, place 2 counters on it. Once per turn you can tribute 2 monsters you control and remove 1 counter from this card, to Special Summon 1 "Daydream Dragon" or 1 "Nightmare Dragon" from your Hand, Deck or Graveyard. If this card has no counters on it, destroy it.

I really like the cards and the effects are almost perfect, but maybe you could make the effects a little more complicated. 8/10

for Daydream Dragon, "If this card attacks your opponent directly, your opponent randomly discards 1 card." <---give it an alternative, in case your opponent can't discard

 

Nightmare Dragon's effect is Oped anyway, it'll give too much draw power
