Is this supposed to be a Token card? The pics a blurry, I get wha you are saying, but you need to add more detail, and more than one sentence plz, it is kinda boring... This is an example of something you should of wrote:

 

For every DARK monsters your opponent has on his/her side of the field, one of your Pyro-Type monsters get x200 ATK and x300 DEF.

 

Something like that...

(I know I made mistakes in my remake, this was an example that was a little better reamke)

You spelled mystic wrong in the name.

 

"For every Monster Card on your opponent's side of the field, increase the ATK and DEF of 1 face-up monster on your side of the field by 200 points."

 

Your opponent will most likely have around 1 or 2 monsters. that would mean an increase of 200 or 400 points. Even the 500 increase equip cards are better. I think you should up the attack increase to maybe 600 for each monster on your opponent's field. Also, you should make this an equip or continous spell card. 5/10 (no offense)
