I'd rather have this:

 

This card is unaffected by the effects of all Trap cards. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 1 monster card to Special Summon 1 Level 1 monster to your side of the field from your hand or Deck.

 

But thats just me.

well it only applies to lv1 monsters, so sending any monster from your hand to the Graveyard should be balanced out for it

 

name isn't TOO creative, but that's another matter all together

Like all the others have said, not bad for a beginner's card.

 

Just work on your OCG a little bit. It's not nearly as bad as other entry level card makers though.
