You can tribute 1 monster you control to destroy one Spell or Trap card on your opponents side of the field. If this card is in a Monster Card Zone with no Spell or Trap Cards in front of it, this card may attack your opponent directly this turn.

atk determining effect is balanced, will probably need at least 10 stars combined to get it to hold its own anyway, and using the direct attack probably won't be too frequent
