Works well with two Field Spell cards. Secret Village of the Spellcasters and Magical Citidel of Endymion. Also could do well as a Synchro Swarmer as you can easily get Tuners with its first effect.

 

 

Each time you place a Spell Counter on the field, place a Spell Counter on this card. You can remove 5 Spell Counters from this card to take control of a Level 3 or lower monster on your opponent's side of the field until the End Phase. The monster cannot attack. You can remove 8 Spell Counters from this card to return a Field Spell Card on your side of the field to your hand. The Field Spell Card is treated as a Continuous Spell Card.

not as powerful as I hoped for in the counter effect

 

personally I'm not sure it'd be worth the 8 counters just to recover a Field Spell, but that's your call

 

I'll give this 9.2/10 for good OCG and balance

I love the idea of this card, basically because I use spellcasters, spell counters, the Secret Village and the Magical Citadel. If this card were real i would definitely use it often.
