I give your cards a 9/10 I did because Omnicorn is Op'ed

for Behemoth, "Once per turn, you discard up to 3 cards. If you do, your opponent cannot conduct his/her next Draw Phase(s) equal to the number of cards discard." <---this effect is WAY too OPed. I'd only discard ONE card to force your opponent to skip ONE draw phase. Anything more, and you'll have to give a drawback to that effect
