Howdy all! This is my first card in months so prepare for bad OCG.

The 2nd effect dont make much sense, I didnt know how to explain it...

oh I know what you're getting at in the last effect

 

given how much LP to have to pay, keeping the atk at 0 permanently is just fine in this case, so I find it balanced

You should put in "during either player's turn" to make it OP'ed enough to fit in with regular blackwings.

 

Pic is meh. So is the second effect.

I like how BW now have a defence monster though. Good work.
