jayjack
I had this idea before, but I further extended it. I introduce to you, the newest Monster Type; Willow Synchro monsters! Willow Synchros are basically another form of Synchro, like Dark Synchro. The color of the card is a dark shade of red, almost brown. READ TO UNDERSTAND WILLOW MONSTERS: Each Willow monster has 3 different Levels. The Original Level is shown as regular (red orange) stars. This is the Level the monster is treated as while in your Extra Deck. The "Secondary Level" (light red+orignal level) also known as Optional Level, is... well an optional level for Synchro Summon. You can select this level as the monster's Level for the Synchro Summon (If you don't want to use Original Level). It will sometimes increase the amount of monsters that are required to summon it, but not always. The "Full Level" is the 3rd level (All levels put together). This Level is the Level that the monster will be treated outside of the Extra Deck. It is treated as the Original Level and it cannot be negated, so it stays that level unless sent back to Extra Deck.
When you want to summon a Willow monster, you must first select 1 of it's first 2 levels. The Original Level (The red orange regular stars) or the Secondary or Optional Level (The original level PLUS the light red stars). Once you've selected, you must meet the summoning requirements. Willow Synchos have a specific amount of monsters required (Unlike most synchros which is 1 tuner + any number of non-tuner). The number of monsters might vary depending on the Level you choose. You then SUBTRACT the Level of the Tuner monsters FROM the total level of the non-tuner monsters (Non-Tuner Level - Tuner Level = result). If the result comes out to be the Level of the Synchro monster you chose (Whether Original or optional), you Special Summon that monster by sending the Synchro Materials to the Graveyard like a normal Synchro Summon. After you Special Summon that monster, it's original Level changes to the "Full Level" which is all the Levels put together (Red Orange stars+light red stars+light blue stars) Here's an example of how to Summon an Original Level 6 Willow Synchro monster:Send 1 Krebons (Level 2) and 2 Celtic Guardians (Level 4). Follow these steps: (4+4) - 2 --> 4+4 = 8 --> 8 - 2 = 62 Level 4 Celtic Guardian equals 8. Subtract 2 (From krebons) from that. You get 6. You can then summon a Level 6 Original Level Willow Synchro monster. Example of a Level 7 Secondary (Optional) Level Willow Synchro monster:Send 1 Krebons (Level 2) and 2 Celtic Guardians (Level 4) and 1 Kuriboh (Level 1)The steps: (4+4+1) - 2 --> 4+4+1 = 9 --> 9 - 2 = 72 Level 4 Celtic Guardian and 1 Level 1 Kuriboh equals 9. Subtract 2 (From krebons) from that. You get 7. So you can summon a Level 7 SECONDARY Level Willow Synchro monster.
To Synchro Summon 1 King of AetherYou must; Send 1 Tuner monster (Let's assume Krebons) and 2 non-Tuner monster (Let's assume Cobra Jar and Sangan)Cobra Jar and Sangan's Level total up to Level 5. Krebons is Level 2. 5 subtract 2 equals 3 (5-2=3). Thus you can send those monsters to graveyard to Synchro Summon King of Aether since he's Level 3 Let's Assume you wanted to use his secondary Level (Level5)You select Krebons (Tuner: Level 2), Kuriboh, (Level 1), Sangan (Level 3), and Acrobat Monkey (level 3)Kuriboh, sangan, and Acrobat Monkey's Levels total to Level7. Krebons is Level 27 subtract 2 equals 5. You can summon King of Aether. Note: Gray color is Willow Monster Requirements/general effects. The black is the actual effect of the monsters LORE:2 non-Tuner monsters - 1 TunerIn order to Synchro Summon this card, subtract the Level of 1 Tuner Synchro Material monster from the Levels of the 2 non-Tuner Synchro Material monsters; the value must equal the Level of this card. If this card would be selected for a Synchro Summon, you can treat the Level of this card as Level 5 for the Synchro Summon. If you do, you must offer 3 non-Tuner monsters instead of 2. While this card is on the field, Graveyard, or removed from play, it's Original Level is treated as Level 7 (This effect cannot be negated). The Attribute of this card is also treated as WIND, WATER, FIRE, EARTH, and DARK. Once per turn, you can select 1 Attribute. Destroy all monsters on the field except monsters with the selected Attribute. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can draw 1 card for every monster your opponent controls. 2 non-Tuner monsters - 1 TunerIn order to Synchro Summon this card, subtract the Level of 1 Tuner Synchro Material monster from the Levels of the 2 non-Tuner Synchro Material monsters; the value must equal the Level of this card. If this card would be selected for a Synchro Summon, you can treat the Level of this card as Level 6 for the Synchro Summon. While this card is on the field, Graveyard, or removed from play, it's Original Level is treated as Level 10 (This effect cannot be negated). Once per turn, you can discard 1 WATER monster, to take control of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Return that monster to your opponent during the End Phase of the turn this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent. When this card destroys a monster by Battle, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster in your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. http://i42.tinypic.com/2ilq1.jpg' alt='2ilq1.jpg'> http://i40.tinypic.com/2zswjlk.jpg' alt='2zswjlk.jpg'> 2 non-Tuner monsters - 1 TunerIn order to Synchro Summon this card, subtract the Level of 1 Tuner Synchro Material monster from the Levels of the 2 non-Tuner Synchro Material monsters; the value must equal the Level of this card. While this card is on the field, Graveyard, or removed from play, it's Original Level is treated as Level 11 (This effect cannot be negated). This card cannot be destroyed by battle. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. Your opponent cannot select another Beast-Type monster you control as an attack target. During your Standby Phase, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 "Majmun Token" (Beast-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 1500/DEF 1000). These tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon, unless it is for a Beast-Type monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle, by Tributing 1 Beast-Type monster, this card can attack again.

ragnarok1945
nice, another card to use all 6 attributes only the last effect is a little bit too OPed for too much draw power just give that one a slight drawback and you should be good 9.4/

I'll do that.nice, another card to use all 6 attributes only the last effect is a little bit too OPed for too much draw power just give that one a slight drawback and you should be good 9.4/10Well, it's really hard to summon, so it has to be OP or else it'd be useless

♫♪GoldenBoy♪♫
Hmm intriguing idea the summoning is kinda like Dark Synchro's but I pretty sure these types of cards should be posted in Any Other cards section. JS anyway you do get originality points I think you could make the color of the cards better. OCG is fine the effect is fine and I like the pictures I'll Rate both 9+(2 originality points)=11/
The Tin Trooper
Now this is an original and fresh concept. Although it does seem a bit confusing, what with the Summoning Conditions, this looks like a really nice and good Monster Type. Keep 'em comin', and ye might need to start pumpin' in the support cards soon. 10/

usetheforcehan
OH MAY GOD...... This is so original and i almost speechless!! So Basically his Willow Synchro type have 2 type of Synchro Levels (Original & Optional) and 1 type of Level for anywhere beside the Extra Deck. This type of card will gives MUCH more flexibility to Synchro Deck user in a Duel. Definitely an advance form of Synchro and worth to be having in meta-Synchro Deck. ;) While this card is face-up on the field' date=' negate the effects of all face-up non-Plant-Type monsters on the field. This monster gets the following effects while there is a monster(s) [b']with the following Attribute(s) on the field: ● FIRE: This card inflicts Piercing Damage. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, your opponent discards 1 card randomly from their hand. ● EARTH: This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards controlled by your opponent. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 EARTH monster to return 2 card on the field to the owner's hand. Question: What will happen if there is no FIRE and/or EARTH monster on the field? That card can only negate the non-Plant-Type monster effects? I rate you 9/10 for Original Concept value. ;)

Like any other Element monster (Element Soldier, Element Dragon) It will gain the effects as the monsters are present. If both attributes are present, it gains both effects. If neither attribute is present, it doesn't get either of the effects. If 1 was present, it will gain the appropriate effect. Hope that answers your question The first effect where it negates non-Plant-Type effects has no effect to the second effect. The first effect is also negated if this monster's type is changed (via DNA Surgery/etc.) since it's not a plant-type anymore and it would negate it's own effect thus, since it's effect isn't applied anymore, it regains its effect which starts an infinite loop. This will be addressed by simply ignoring the first effect.

It is a plant support after all. And since it requires less monsters to summon, it's easier to summon (But monster will have to be big level o.o)Still, it's hard to summon, but it's effect is flexible. It could be more OP then the rest, or less OP then the rest, depending on the field.
Canadian
No, its not hard to summon at all. Get a tuner maybe by e-tele, and a lonefire to search out a plant of basically any level and bam, Its there on the first turn.
