Since the beginning of the known universe's timeline, good and evil have always been at a stalemate; a never-ending war with eachother. The angels and devils, always fighting; always struggling, both side never ceasing in their battle with their opponent. During the Dark Ages of Earth, a powerful sorcerer found a way to unlock the primal forces of the elements of fire, water, wind and earth. And both light and dark were inevitably drawn towards these forces, creating perfect chaos. Now, creatures, born from these forces; creatures long dormant through time; demons of earth, fire, air, water, time, space, light, dark, war, chaos, death, life, peace; Demons of nearly every aspect of the universe imaginable, have awoken. The forces of Hell have woken up. And with it, so too, does true evil...

A basic Demon soldier, used mainly as cannon fodder. But, in groups, the Bersiglii can be a devastating force

Bersaglios is derived from the Italian word Bersaglieri, an Italian army corps.

"Plaguespreader Zombie" + 1 "Demon" non-Tuner Monster

This card can only be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon. This card is also treated as a Zombie-Type monster. If this card is destroyed by a card effect controlled by your opponent, you can activate one of the following effects:

- Pay 600 Life Points. Special Summon 1 of the Synchro Material monsters used to Synchro Summon this card in Attack Position.

- Discard 2 cards and pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon this monster and 1 Level 6 or lower "Demon" monster from either player's Graveyard.

A twisted and horrific undead Demon. Possibly the effects of necromancy, or the child-like amusment of Tilagos, the Decayed One. Nevertheless: Galahos, the Demon of the Fallen Warrior is a death-hungry warrior, who never tires, never hesitates. And never relents.

Galahos is derived from the name "Galahad", as in Galahad the Pure, one of the Knights of King Arthur's Round Table.

[spoiler=DMLG-EN003 - Poison]

By jadenkaiba of deviantART, based on an idea by me.

7642es.jpg

1 "Poison" or "Venom" monster + 1 Tuner monster

If this card successfully destroys a monster, inflict damage equal to your opponent equal to quarter of the destroyed monster's ATK. Place 1 Malignance Counter on this card for every 100 Life Points inflicted by this effect (max. 6). Remove any number of Malignance Counters from this card to increase this card's ATK by 100 for each Counter removed. When this card is destroyed by battle, decrease the ATK and DEF of the monster that destroyed this card by 700.

A Demon born into sleep during the Renaissance, the Era of the great human development. A time of art, culture, peace, war... and alchemy. A Demon created from the combination of 1,000 venoms and the Primal forces that were unlocked at the time. Vitiatos only pleasures in the looks he sees on his victim's faces once they succumb to his...poisonous desire.

Vitiatos comes from the word Vitiate, meaning "to corrupt morally".

The ruined remains of an abandoned and forgotten utopian society, built by the Holy Ones and destroyed and devastated by Hell's forces during the earlier years of the Chaos War. Now, the newly awakened Demons have decided to call this place their squalid home. What a perfect irony, that a fortress of solitude and harmony is now a lair for evil.

When a Demon kills its prey, it usually does it swiftly and elegantly. However, the brutish among the Legions of Hell would rather finish off their victims rather messily. There is said to be a grim satisfaction in the Demon's face as it watches the victim's contorted face mix with the blood, so that it is just a pool of red.

Rumour has it that Petros was created by the joint cataclysmic force of the Primal Awakening, and a devastating Earthquake in Lisbon in the year 1755. Being a Demon born fissures of the Tectonic Plates, Petros' very footsteps make the ground tremble.

Petros comes from the word "Petra", meaning Stone. It also comes from the word "Peter", which means Rock.

[spoiler=DMLG-EN007 - Fire]

This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 2 FIRE monsters. When this card is succesfully Summoned, you can decrease its Level Stars by any amount and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of Level Stars removed x 500. During battle between this attacking card and a face-down Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If a "Demon" monster on your field attacks but does not inflict Battle Damage to your opponent, take 600 damage.

Rumour has it that CharPiros was a Primordaemon: One of the first Demons to be born, and one of the first to be created, strangely, through natural means, and not man's sin and vitiation. Twinned, ironically, with the Water Demon known as BaptAquos, CharPiros' only means of pleasure is tasting the burning flesh of his victims. To smell the charred corpses is a sense that he enjoys too much.

CharPiros is the combination of the words "Char", as in to scorch and "Pyro".

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Assault Mode Activate". This card is also treated as a Zombie-Type monster. If this card is destroyed by a card effect controlled by your opponent, you can discard 2 cards and pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 2 Level 6 or lower "Demon" monsters from either player's Graveyard. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Galahos, Demon of the Fallen Warrior" from your Graveyard.

It has often been made a fable, that by harnessing new tools, powers, or abilities, one can gain new strengths, strength to defeat your enemies. Power to crush the skulls of your oppressors. This can be said for Galahos, now just a suit of living armour. But, where there is strength, there must also be weakness, something to fall through and back into...

Not much to say about the name, really. Erm... Assault Mode Archetype Plug?

[spoiler=DMLG-EN009 - Knight]

Art, once again, by Wen-M

Every so often, a Demon given a menial role will prove to be above the average expectancy. One Bersaglios, among a legion of 50,000, was given this gift. And so, he was elevated from the uniformity of his stock brethren, given command over 60 legions, and even given his own name. Abigoknos' skills, both in the tactical, and the combat, have made him to be a well-respected and equally-feared Demon.

Name is derived from Knight and Abigor, a warrior Demon named by Johnathan Weyer as a Grand Duke of Hell.

[spoiler=DMLG-EN010 - Inferno]

Wen-M, again

7642w.jpg

"CharPiros, Demon of Fire" + 1 DARK or FIRE Pyro-Type Tuner monster

When a FIRE monster on your field inflicts Battle Damage, you can draw 1 card. During your Main Phase, you can activate 1 of the following effects depending on the Level of the "CharPiros, Demon of Fire" used to Synchro Summon this card:

- 3 or less: Increase this card's ATK by 300 for each monster in your opponent's Graveyard that was destroyed by battle by a "Demon" on your field.

- 4 or 5: Decrease the ATK of a "Demon" monster you control by 300 for each "Demon" monster in your Graveyard that was destroyed by a card effect.

- 6 or more: Inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent for each FIRE monster in your Graveyard.

As can be expected, the forces of nature are in constant flux. Always changing; increasing or decreasing in power. CharPiros, being the Demonic embodiment of the flame, is able to replicate himself to match that strength, thus making him stronger. It is rumoured that only the Six Primordaemons are able to use this extraordinary gift. It is that power which stands them above all.

Incandescos comes from "Incandescence", the act of emitting light from heat

[spoiler=DMLG-EN011 - Water]

Art by The-Hand of deviantART

7642h.jpg

This card can only be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 2 WATER monsters. When this card is successfully Summoned, you can decrease its Level Stars by any amount. Increase the Level of all non WATER or "Demon" monsters on the field by 2. If a "Demon" monster on your field is destroyed, select 1 unused Card Zone on your opponent's field. While the "Demon" monster is in the Graveyard, that selected Card Zone cannot be used. While this card is in Defense Position, your opponent cannot attack any "Demon" monster on your field, except this card.

The twin of the Fire Demon CharPiros, BaptAquos is the demon of Water. Able to command the very ripples of the seas, he has been responsible for floods, tidal waves, and tsunamis. Like his brother, BaptAquos is a Primordaemon, one of the six pure Demons. Also like his brother, BaptAquos' only delight is human suffering. He has been known to create devastating tsunamis just to see his pitiful victims panic and, in the end, turn as blue as the very waters they struggled in.

BaptAquos comes from the words Baptise and Aqua

UPDATE: Due to the point brought out by Lord Smeagle that Bersaglios can lead to a Bersaglios-Marauding Captain OTK, I have decided to implement a banlist.

[spoiler=Banlist]

Bersaglios, Demon Warrior - Semi-Limited

Galahos, Demon of the Fallen Soldier - Unlimited

Vitiatos, Demon of the Toxicant - Unlimited

Petros, Demon of the Stone - Unlimited

I hope you enjoy my Set. I hope, with later cards, that I will be able to include artwork done by me.

I like the story behind the cards but I don't really see how this would support Archfiends as it only gains ATK for fiends in the graveyard OCG is fine except it should say increase this card's ATK by 200 for each Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard. But i really don't think it matters.

I'll Rate 8/10

I'll fix ASAP.

Uh...

Marauding Captain ---> This ---> Another This ---> Another This.

2300 + 2300 + 2300 + 1200 = 8100 = surprisingly consistent OTK.

Hmmm... I'd better make a Banlist, eh?

Next card added: A Synchro.

for the 2nd synchro, "If this card successfully destroys a monster, inflict damage equal to your opponent equal to quarter of the destroyed monster's ATK. Place 1 Malignance Counter on this card for every 100 Life Points inflicted by this effect. Remove any number of Toxin Counters from this card to increase this card's ATK by 100 for each Counter removed."

<---first you said Malignance Counter, but later you said Toxin Counters. Make up your mind which one to use

other than that though, the effects are all balanced, and I see no need for changes

9.2/10

Also i dont see this as set i see them as individual cards, cause they dont really share anything that could make people recognise thei a set. Individally - 9.5/10, as a set - 6.5/10
