This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 WATER monsters on your side of the field. The original ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the total ATK and DEF of WATER monsters used to Special Summon this card. Once per turn, inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent for each monster card on your opponent's side of the field.
