Before:

Offer three monsters as Tributes to summon this card. This card cannot be selected as an attack target. While this card remains face up on the field your opponet takes 500 points of damage for each monster you summon and 1000 points of damage for each level 7 monster you summon.

 

After:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 monsters on your side of the field. This card cannot be selected as a attack target. While this card remains face-up on the field the select 1 of the following effects:

Level 1-6- Inflict 500 Life Points of damage each time your opponent Normals Summons a Level 6 or lower monster. Level 7 or higher- Inflict 1000 Life Points of damage each time your opponent Normals Summons a Level 7 or higher monster.

Other an the OCG its a decent card. I think its a little Under Powered though. I mean its a Level 10 and all it does is inflict damage.

 

OCG: 0/20 Becuase I had to completely reword it.
