Get rid of "Attribute" when you say "WIND Attribute" you just say WIND monsters.

 

Mat or (your were trying to say "May" correct?) should be "can".

I don't think 3 tributes are necceserily needed afterall it has to be on the field for 5 turns and its effect isn't THAT devastating so I think you could lower that to 2.

Also remove not discard for counters, nice job anyway.

Anyway, The pic is pretty good a bit small, but good.

Name is original, does it mean something or is it just a name?

Effect is original and it high stats make it more likely to survive. I would lower the counters needed to 4 or maybe even 3 to speed everything up a bit.

I don't like it.

Same reasoning as most people. Too slow, bad WIND support.

Why is it Level 9 anyway? Why does it need three tributes? Whats with its stats?

Dragon doesn't entirely go well with WINDs. They mostly revolve around Winged Beast-Type.

 

I'd save the pic for another kind of monster, it's not terrible, but it shouldn't have been WIND support. Really, really, reaaaaaaally slow WIND support.
