OCG Fix:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Dragon-Type monsters you control. When this card is Summoned, destroy all cards you control. For each card destroyed by this effect, inflict 200 damage to your opponent's Life Points. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Dragon-Type monster to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. During the turn that this card is removed from the field, you can Special summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard.

 

This card is auto-destroyed when it is Summoned and also wipes out the rest of your field with it. Not very good, considering it'll always be a -x. Meh, not a very good card. Change all cards to all other cards and you could have a chance of making it better.
