here is my Cybernetic Ninja series idea i work on support cards for them later just want to get your guys general thought on if the cards are balanced enough and if not how i can make them more so thank you and enjoy

Your pictures are a little bit blurry, try finding one that are square and larger than 250x250 pixels. Nice effects though. Total= 8/10.

a fair few OCG errors but i dont like to focus on that, some of the wording needs work and maybe change where you wrote the types from Warrior/Machine => Warrior / Machine, average looking cards to. not to bad though 6/10

and as for the pics all its hard to find anime ninja pics that work with the 6 attributes based in the game best i could find and took me several days just to find those

Cards can't have multiple Types... Except the Anime-exclusive Apes guys, which say "This card is treated as a Warrior-Type monster".

why cant cards have many types just cause its not been done yet it still can be no rule in yugioh never says it cant, just like we all though the 25 types where it no more could be made they released psychic and then divine is now real so who knows what the future will hold

This section did disallow Dark Synchroes... You wouldn't want the Type and Subtype Section of the card to be loaded with text now, would you?

 

That was probably the reason why they said "Treated as" instead of directly putting the Type there. But nvm...

Monsters can only have one printed type, if you want them to have more you need to include it in the effect as stated by Jolta above.

No it cannot have more types printed in the [] section, simply because Konami already released multi type monsters, and they had their second type be written in their effect as Jolta explained and as such this is the official way for a monster to have two types at the same time.

Also Rain's effect has a messed up OCG:

ATK with it? I assume you meant attack with it...

However, I would still note that if ATK was supposed to mean attack, then still, you could declare an attack with your opponent's on your monsters (with the current OCG).

For example:

You declare attack with Rain on Blue-Eyes White Dragon, you activate it's effect and attack with Blue-Eyes WD instead. You only have Rain face-up, thus the only monster you can attack is Rain. You do not acitavte Rain's effect, Rain is destroyed, you take 3000 LP damage.

I don't think that this is what you wanted it to mean. (though it is possible)

If that wasn't what you wanted it to mean then I suggest this OCG:

When this card declares an attack, you can negate it and select a monster on your opponent controls. Then choose an other monster your opponent controls, the two monster battle, this is treated as the monster , selected first, attacked the other monster.

no i mean when you atk with rain you take your opponent monster and atk them with it.

so i atk with rain to a blue eyes i gain control of blue eyes for the atk and atk my opponent with his own monster

 

 

ok here what i did i went threw the real cards i based the effect off of and copy their effect and paste them in these cards

this way they have the right spelling to it.

i also cancel out the second type that should make them more real
