TAG
http://kotaku.com/5516360/appeals-court-deems-nintendo-controllers-patent-infringement+free To put it short, Nintendo and Microsoft were threatened with a law suit a long time ago by some random company over their controllers infringing with their patents. Microsoft agreed to pay the company money to drop the case. Nintendo gave them the finger. So they went to court and in the end, the small company won. Nintendo was ordered to pay $21 million and a ban was issued on GC, Wavebird, and Classic Controllers. Nintendo gave them the finger and appealed, with the win coming in today. So this means that we'll be seeing Wavebirds again?
