This card can only be Synchro Summoned with the above Synchro material monsters (you do not add the Levels of the monsters used for this Synchro Summon) . If one of the Synchro material monsters you used was "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl", you can destroy all cards on your opponet's side of the field or inflict 3000 damage to your opponet.
