~Oleon~ Posted April 17, 2010 Report Share Posted April 17, 2010 Maybe a Summoning Condition? This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. This card can only be Normal Summoned by tributing 1 monster on your side of the field. Once per turn, you may discard 1 card from your hand that's ATK is equal to the tributed monster. This card gains the effect of the discarded card, and gains it's Level until the End Phase. Maybe that?That way the tributed monster will have to match the ATK, and it's less OPed.
