Prime Material

This deck is, obviously, based around Prime Material Dragon and Prime Material Falcon. Thought I'd see if I could make it into a more viable decktype.

 

Firstly, in case some of you do not know, here are the canon Prime Material cards, Dragon and Falcon. The following are ACTUAL CARDS. I do not claim any credit whatsoever in creating them:

 

Prime Material Dragon

Attribute: Light

Type: Dragon/Effect

Level:6

Atk: 2400

Def: 2000

Any effect that would inflict damage to a player instead increases their Life Points by the same amount. When a card's effect to destroy a monster(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card.

 

Prime Material Falcon

Attribute: Wind

Type: Winged Beast/Effect

Level:5

Atk: 2200

Def: 800

When an Effect Monster's effect to destroy a Spell or Trap Card(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card.

Prime Material Magician

Attribute: DARK

Type: Spellcaster/Effect

Level: 7

Atk: 2800

Def: 2200

When a Spell Card's effect to destroy a card(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card. When this effect is activated, this card gains 1 Spell Counter. You can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to negate the effect of one Effect Monster on the field until the end of the turn.

 

Prime Material Knight

Attribute: EARTH

Type: Warrior/Effect

Level: 4

ATK: 1800

DEF: 1200

When a Trap Card's effect to destroy a Monster Card(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card.

 

Prime Material Hydra

Attribute: WATER

Type: Sea Serpent/Effect

Level: 9

ATK: 2900

DEF: 2700

This card can be Special Summoned by discarding this card from your hand to the graveyard by a "Prime Material" Monster by offering the same "Prime Material" Monster on the field as a tribute. When the a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's effect to destroy a card(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card.

 

Prime Material Seraph

Attribute: LIGHT

Type: Fairy/Effect

Level: 8

ATK: 2800

DEF: 2100

When a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's effect to destroy a Trap Card(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card. When you activate this effect, you can add 1 Counter Trap Card from your graveyard to your hand.

 

Prime Material Imp

Attribute: DARK

Type: Fiend/Tuner/Effect

Level: 3

ATK: 1100

DEF: 700

When a Spell Card's effect to destroy a Monster Card(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card. When you activate this effect, increase the level of this card by 1.

 

Prime Material Geranium

Attribute: EARTH

Type: Plant/Effect

Level: 2

ATK: 800

DEF: 300

When an Effect Monster Card's effect to destroy a Monster Card(s) on the field is activated, you can send 1 card from your hand to the graveyard to negate its activation and destroy the card. When you activate this effect, add 1 "Prime Material Petal Token" (Plant-Type/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your side of the field. These tokens cannot be attack, be the target of the effects of Effect Monster cards, or offered as a tribute, except in the Tribute Summon of a "Prime Material" monster.

 

Prime Material Homonculus

Attribute: ???

Type: ???/Synchro/Effect

Level: 8

ATK: ?

DEF: ?

1 "Prime Material" Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner "Prime Material" monsters.

This card cannot be special summoned except by Synchro Summon. This card's original ATK and DEF is equal to the combined ATK and DEF of the Synchro Material Monsters used in this card's Synchro Summon. This card's Attribute is treated as DARK, EARTH, FIRE, LIGHT, WATER, and WIND. This card's Type is treated as Aqua, Beast, Beast-Warrior, Dinosaur, Dragon, Fairy, Fiend, Fish, Insect, Machine, Plant, Psychic, Pyro, Reptile, Rock, Sea Serpent, Spellcaster, Thunder, Warrior, Winged Beast, and Zombie. Whenever a "Prime Material" monster sends a Monster Card from your hand to the Graveyard, you can remove the sent Monster Card from play to have this card gain original ATK and DEF equal to half of the removed card's ATK and DEF.

Name: Prime Material Burst

Type: Normal Spell

Effect: This card can only be activated when this card is sent from the hand to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Prime Material" monster. Apply the following effects depending on which kind of card was destroyed:

Monster Card: Your opponent takes damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.

Spell Card: Activate the destroyed Spell Card's Effect as if it were this card's effect, ignoring the cost to activate it.

Trap Card: Add 1 "Prime Material Burst" from your graveyard to your hand.

 

Name: Prime Material Fountain

Type: Continuous Spell

Effect: This card can only be activated when this card is sent from the hand to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Prime Material" monster. The activation of this card cannot be negated. Every time a card is sent from the hand to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Prime Material" monster, add 1 card that was sent from the hand to the graveyard by the effect of a "Prime Material" monster, except for the card sent from the hand to the graveyard, to your deck. The deck is then shuffled.

 

Name: Prime Material Flash

Type: Quick-Play Spell

Effect: Activate this card when the effect of a "Prime Material" monster is activated. Until the end of the turn, you do not have to send cards from the hand to the graveyard to activate the effects of "Prime Material" monsters.

 

Name: Prime Material World

Type: Field Spell

Effect: This card cannot be activated except by sending it from your hand to the graveyard by the effect of a "Prime Material" monster. All "Prime Material" monsters gain 300 ATK. Every time you send cards from your hand to the graveyard, your opponent must send the same number of cards from their hand to the graveyard.

Name: Prime Material Armor

Type: Normal Trap

Effect: When your opponent declares an attack, if you have a face-up "Prime Material" monster on your side of the field, send one card from your hand to the graveyard to send all face-up monsters on your opponent's side of the field to the graveyard.

 

Name: Prime Material Pacifism

Type: Continuous Trap

Effect: Activate only when you activate the effect of a "Prime Material" monster. Cards that would be destroyed by the effects of "Prime Material" monsters are instead sent to the graveyard.

 

Name: Prime Material Wave

Type: Counter Trap

Effect: When you have a face-up "Prime Material" monster on your side of the field, send one card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the activation or a Spell, Trap, or Monster Card's effect that does not destroy a card(s) on your side of the field and destroy it.

 

Name: Prime Material Fake

Type: Counter Trap

Effect: When a card(s) on your side of the field would be destroyed by the effect of a card controlled by your opponent, you can activate this card. Negate the effect and destroy the card. Then, draw 2 cards. At the end of the current phase, remove all cards drawn by this card's effect from play.
