meowyultimate
1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more Dragon-Type non-Tuner monstersYour opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. Once per turn, by skipping your next draw phase, you can special summon 1 Dragon Type monster from either players graveyard or your hand. Any monster special summoned this way cannot be selected as a attack target or tributed. When this card is destroyed, destroy all monsters special summoned by this effect. Skyson
Why it's necessary to put an un-attackable clause on a 3000/3000 monster is beyond me. Every monster he brings up is also un-attackable, at the cost of a Draw Phase. I see some semblance of balance here. He has no built in protection, either, so a Smashing Ground could pick him off and ruin everything. Unless of course.. you brought up a Stardust Dragon. Oh, the summoned monster can't be Tributed, and Stardust has to be Tributed for his effect. Game is still good. This card seems alright, and requires a set-up to initiate the risk of skipping draw phases to commit to Summoning monsters. I guess Dragons didn't have a Dragon-spec synchro per-say, so this would be an amusing option. I don't particularly see it coming out every time the tuner/non-tuner combination could make level 8, but it has its situations. 6/10. The Tuner is god awful, by the way. Adogadog8
Dude, look me in the eyes and tell me there's nothing wrong with a powerful dragon on your side of the field with 3000 ATK and DEF that can special summon monsters from my graveyard and can also not be attacked.
