Pretty sure it's referring to the bottom of the Deck, since neither "Graveyard" or "remove(d) from play" are mentioned in-between "Draw cards from the top of your Deck..." and "Then return the rest to the bottom".

 

Though, I must agree with your observations, yigha.

Concerning the card itself, I'm a bit unsure about how balanced it is after reading comments concerning "card advantage" and "how important it is to winning". I can see a few people who would say its effect is OP simply because it allows you to draw up to 5 cards (assuming you have 5 "Angelia" monsters on the field).

 

Judging solely from my own perspective, I think your card is pretty balanced. I see nothing about it that would make it underpowered.

 

OCG Corrections (in bold red):

This Card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card can only be Summoned by Sending 2 Face-up "Angelia" monsters you control to the Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, draw cards from your Deck equal to the number of face-up "Angelia" monsters you control. If there are 1 or more Spell cards among them, add them to your hand. Then return the rest to the bottom of your Deck.

The GreatAngelia Exsia

 

Is "GreatAngelia" supposed to be one name/word? or is it supposed to be "Great Angelia"?

 

I love the name and the image, although the picture is somewhat blurry. ATK/DEF are balanced. Both its effects are reasonable and useful. Perfect OCG.

The Angelia Angu

 

I'm not too keen on the name (but that's not going to be counted into the rating). Cute image, but again a tad blurry. I like the summon-engine effects it has; versatile and useful. Practically perfect OCG, except for "Hand", which isn't capitalized. (I know another poster said earlier it was capitalized, but it's not.)

The Angelia Virchu

 

Diggin' the purposely misspelled "Virchu" name. Great image, but a bit blurry. Same thing with "Hand" = "hand". I don't think "Monster" is capitalized either (the one in the first line). I'm not sure if "Downgrade" is capitalized when it isn't at the beginning of a line, despite being a keyword. Other than that, OCG is flawless. The effect is useful and well-balanced.

The Angelia Throne

 

Lovin' the reference to hierarchy of angels thus far. Nice image, but kinda blurry. "Treated" is not capitalized, despite being a keyword. Again, "Hand" = "hand". Otherwise, perfect OCG. Nicely balanced ATK/DEF, especially given it's namesake as a "Throne".

The Angelia Archre

 

The name isn't particularly striking, but again, it's not going to be counted into the rating (b/c it's pointless in this case, imo). "uneffected" is "unaffected", based on normal grammar and OCG. Otherwise, flawless OCG. Stats are pretty nice for a LV4 monster.

 

The 2nd effect is simple & useful, but kind of OP. Perhaps limit it to only during your turn?

The Angelia Dominia

 

Great name and befitting image (tho a little blurry). In the first line, you don't need to say "on the field" since you already stated "If you control a face-up". "During battle" would be OCG-worded as "During the Battle Phase". You could also abbreviate the entire 2nd effect by saying "During the Battle Phase, this card inflicts Piercing Damage". (Reminder: "Hand" = "hand") The OCG isn't bad, just slightly old and elongated. High ATK for a LV4, but still balanced.

Angels Voice

 

Grammatical error in title: It should either be "Angel's Voice" or "Angels' Voice", depending on whether you're referring to the term "Angels" in plural or singular.

 

There is also a grammar error and OCG inconsistency in the beginning portion of the effect lore. The grammar error is that you stated "monsters" in plural form, but you followed up with "you control is destroyed"; should be "you control are destroyed". The OCG inconsistency is simply the wording, which would most likely be written as "When/If an "Angelia" monster you control", instead of using the plural form to refer to ""Angelia" monsters".

 

I'm not sure if OCG-wording would say "with the same Level as the destroyed monster". I have this feeling it would be "with a Level equal to the destroyed monster". Just remember my corrections are by no means 100% flawless (as some people like to sternly point out, as if I said I was perfect -- which I'm most certainly not).

 

Image is great and very appropriate, but again, a little blurry. The effect is highly beneficial and well balanced.

The Great Angelia Principearl

 

I'm guessing this card's name is based on the Principality rank of the angel hierarchy. Image, as always, is great, but blurry. OCG errors/inconsistencies are present in the 2nd and 3rd line:

 

2nd line: Increase this card's ATK by an amount equal to the destroyed monster's ATK until the End Phase. (I'm not sure if that's 100% accurate, but that's my guess. It might also be "Increase this card's ATK by the ATK of the destroyed monster", but again, not entirely sure.)

 

3rd line: Once per turn (during which Phase? during both you & your opponent's?), you can send 1 "Angelia" monster from your hand to the Graveyard to select and destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls.

 

Both effects seem balanced to me.

The Angelia Vanille

 

I can't properly rate this card because the image won't fully load, so I can't see the image or ATK/DEF. The only OCG error is a slight inconsistency in the 2nd line: "If this card battles a DARK monster, destroy it/the monster without applying damage calculation." Other than that, OCG looks good.

 

The effect is well balanced - good effect w/ reasonable drawback.

 

(I'm going to laugh if the image is an image of Vanille from FFXIII.)

Merciless Judgment

 

Great image, no blur, but I'm not sure how befitting it is of the title. It's a bit funky for a card titled "Merciless Judgment" in my opinion. Pretty sure "Monster" isn't capitalized in the first line. "that card" would probably be OCG-worded as "the card" or simply "it". OCG is otherwise well done.

 

The effect may be considered by some somewhat OP because it encompasses Spells, Traps, and Normal & Special Summons, but I think it's all right because it doesn't cover Monster Effects, it requires you to destroy 1 face-up "Angelia" monster you control, and it's only a 1-shot deal.

The Angelia Vanille

 

Picture is quite what I imagined, but nonetheless appropriate. It's probably just me, but something about futuristic mecha angels takes away the sense of them being "angels". Image is also totally clear this time. Now that I can see the ATK/DEF. . . it still looks well balanced since you have to send 1 Spell card from your hand to Graveyard during each of your End Phases to keep it in play.

The Great Angelia Seraphy

 

OCG is flawless except for the capitalization of "Except" in the 2nd line, and the past tense use of "was" in the last line (I'm pretty sure YGO avoids using past tense whenever possible and would have written it as "is" instead of "was").

 

Image is a tad blurry, the scythe is an interesting and uncommon appearance for an angel that isn't the Angel of Death, but figure itself is befitting. The image cropping was also done well, it fits all the important aspects into the frame, with the scythe crossing diagonally almost in the center. (That's the art history student in me talking btw.)

 

Not really diggin' the cute swing on the name ("Seraphim" becoming "Seraphy"), but that's not going into the rating; just voicing an opinion.

 

Now for the technical part. The summoning conditions make it sound like it should be a Fusion Monster (but to each their own, right?). The effect is powerful, but fair; balanced by the summoning requirements. The follow-up effect is useful and appropriate of the set's theme.
