Here you guys go, constructive criticism please, and rate and comment,

Lore: This card's ATK is equal to the number of "Elemental Hero" monsters in your Graveyard x300. When you Fusion Summon a monster with this card the Fusion Monster gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase. This card cannot be destroyed by a card effect that specifically designates this card as a target.

Lore: When you draw this card, Special Summon it to the field in face-up Defense Position. This card cannot attack until your next Battle Phase after this card's activation. This card loses 100 ATK everytime your opponent activates 1 Spell or Trap Card. When this card's ATK is lower than 1500 Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your hand to your side of the field.

Some people might tech the first one for stronger Shinings and such, but I feel that overall it's use is a bit minimal.

 

For the second card, you should make the effect to Summon it optional since someone can pretend they didn't just draw it and that it was in their starting hand or something, brining up annoying rulings. It seems like it might be like CyDra, all too splashable, but the fact it's Summoned position is Defense and that Normal Summoning it has the drawback of being a Normal Summon, I think it could actually just make nice tech in something like my Voltic Heros. Nice card, I guess.
