This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be special summoned by removing from play 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is selected as an attack target by an opponents monster, you may optionally discard 1 Beast-type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the attack. If this effect is activated, during your End Phase you have to either

• Decrease this cards ATK and DEF by 200 during your End Phase
  or
  
• Pay 300 Life Points.

This card can only be Summoned while there are at least 2 face-up Beast-Type monsters on the field. Each time a Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged Beast-Type monster(s) is Summoned, inflict 300 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, you can add 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior or Winged Beast-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. If you activate this effect, this card loses 600 ATK until your next Standby Phase.

OK, both cards are equally good, but card 2 has better OCG than card 1, so... I vote for Card 2!
