This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 WATER monster you control. Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 600 for each WATER monster in the Graveyard. Once per turn you can remove from play 2 WATER monster to increase your Life Points by 1800.

 

 

 

Is it overpowered? I usually make overpowered cards, but I think this one is well balanced.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set<---Do not forget it being Set.. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 WATER monster you control. Increase this card's ATK and DEF for each WATER monster in the Graveyard. You can remove from play 1 WATER monster to increase your Life Points by 800.

 

1) This card is OP'ed add more to it's Summoning Condition

2)800 Life Points will not help much in a duel. IMO

3)The OCG is bad

and 4)The Pic is epicly overused
