Card Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 DARK monsters. Once per turn by removing from play 1 Fiend-Type monster from your hand you can destroy all face-up Spell and Trap cards on your opponents side of the field. As long as this card on the field remains face-up "Pandemonium" cannot be destroyed. Increase this cards ATK and DEF by 300 for each "Archfiend" monster in your Graveyard.

- Kind of OP because of the pseudo-Harpy's Feather Duster effect and the easily met cost, especially if you're playing it in an Archfiend-themed Deck (which I expect is where such a card as this would be played).

 

It's also interesting that despite this card being a high Level Archfiend, it doesn't have the common (and usually absurd) Life Point cost per Standby Phase. (Yes, I do know there are Archfiends that don't have Life Point costs.)

 

Also amusing to know that the figure in the image is Ifrit from Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. (And the figure render itself is the official art render of Ifrit too.)
