I love the picture, effect... mhm well it's kinda nice IMO, it's an okay card. 7/10 keep trying.

This card is really good. The fact that it's a Level 2 Tuner makes it all kinds of abusable w/ Limit Reverse, Revival Gift etc. 2nd effect is a minor boost but could be pretty good.

 

Special Summoned to the Field = Special Summoned.

 

Last bit isn't needed. Also, Field doesn't need to be capitalized.
