+Name: Zack Phoenix

+Nature Allies Name: I would prefer not to have one

+Gender: Male

+Age: 16

+Appearance: Medium-length black hair and a small slightly muscular body that allows him to sneak into places that would be inaccessible to others.

+Division: Alpha

+Division Rank:

+Vendetta Mark: Mark of Cowardice

+Weapons of choice: Light sword, Kriss dagger, curved dagger, and throwing knives.

+Personality: Tends to be a loner and avoids other people as much as possible. He regrets becoming a Vendetta and wishes for death every day of his existence. He hopes to one day leave them in order to pursue his own dreams, one of which, is being a chef.

+Biography: He never knew his father and his mother died during childbirth, leading him to be adopted. His adoptive parents would beat him and warned him not to say a word about it. Because of this he never spoke to anyone, fearing he would accidentally say something and have them beat him even worse than before. At the age of 7, his mark appeared and he quickly killed his parents before they could react to his mark. He was recruited as a Vendetta at that age and has regretted becoming one since that day.

OoC:Accepted. Other Co host is Compass whos soon to come. For now. Nexev you Commander (second in charge) so yeah make something up. Like hes absent. For Now, starting.

IC: A clear blue morning sky layered over the Azneth Kingdom. Some would say a perfect day to go and have a picnic. But if your a Vendetta you would know to think otherwise. A tall burly man came to Azura's cabin. "Another assignment, sir". Azura tossed aside a dagger he'd been sharpening and looked at the man. "Leave it at the door, and next time tell Azneth to send me a cute female. You just scare me." He replied with a serious tone. "Yes sir, Will do sir, Thank you sir".

Azura finished reading the letter. "Sounds like work, Its going to take a group of five eh? So it says here all we gotta do is assassinate a couple of rouge soldiers who decided to share our secrets with the Defyore Kingdom. About 20 in total. This should take too long." He put down the paper, and ran toward the division hall to assemble a team.

Sorry to interrupt, because i am sure by the time i finish this post someone will have started us off, But....

+Name: Jett Veldaphire

+Nature Allies Name: Raine

+Gender: Male

+Age: 14

+Appearance: His hair is shaggy, often referred to as messy. At a medium length, his brown hair hangs right in front of his deep green eyes. Almost a mossy tone of green. Thin brune shaded eyebrows compliment his stubbed nose. His chin is brick like, very masculine for his age. Roughly five foot nine inches, Jett stands slim and underweight. He weighs a whopping 110 lbs, but it is very useful for fluent and diverse movement. His long legs are often, if not always, covered by a pair of dark charcoal shaded cloth leggings. He wears a simple leather belt, with many small compartments, but it seems to be constantly shrouded and unseen by his heavyset crimson tinted jacket. Under his sweatshirt, he wears a dull grey tanktop, which seems pointless because his shoulders are broadless, and his pectorals nearly flat. Aside from a very elegant pair of versatile multi-purpose shoes, there isn't much else to him. He usually carries weapons, but most are concealed unless otherwise necessary, like in the case of a task or assignment from the king, or an upper rank in his division.

+Division: Vendetta Delta Division/Defyore Kingdom

+Divison Rank: N/A

+Vendetta Mark: Mark of Power

+Weapons of choice: Multiple shurikens, almost always on his person. One long bladed Sai which can be easily concealed if need be, but usually not carried. Finally his favorite of all, A Silisium Zatoichi (thats an old asian straight styled blade for those of you who are curious) which is rarely carried on his person, unless he is what he refers to as "Assailant Mode" which is basically when he has a more challenging assignment and requires such a weapon.

+Personality: Jett is very dull at times, but never is he boring. He isn't quiet like most would expect, but when he talks it is of no interest. He loves biology, and that is one of the few things that come out of his mouth. People commonly underestimate his intelligence because he is only interested in the anatomy of the human body, but this is a talent that should also be feared. He has a memorized chart of all of the vital points in the human body. More than just the brain and heart. Otherwise, he is a normal teenage boy. Well, beside his loyalty to an elite line of murderers.

+Biography: Jett was born into an orphanage. He knew what he was just a soon as he hit seven years of age. Well, he knew he was different at least. His life was altered when he was seven, and has never since spoke to another human. By the time he reached 12, the kind had drafted him into the prestigious "cult" known as the Vendetta Division. He has since then spent most of his time improving his skills in stealth and combat. His level of persuasion however, is quite low. More times than not, he lets his counterparts do the talking. With no formal tasks yet, Jett hopes to someday amount to something more. No, he cannot alter his past, and he will not give up on the Vendetta, but what the future holds is known by none.

"Uhh...Cap'n Leo?" Muttered a deep voice. The red haired boy turned around to see a big man standing in front of a door. The red haired boy stared darkly at the man. The man started to back up, starting to get afraid of the boy. "Uhh....did I interrupt something Cap'n?" Asked the man, nervously. The boy smirked as he took a deep breath. "Okay, first of all, knock next time...." said the boy, while turning around and walking towards his window. "...And stop calling me Cap'n. So, you wanted to tell me?" Asked the boy. The man nodded his head as he took out a clipboard. "Well, the Alpha Division has a mission going on, and, I mean, if you want, we can start the.." The man was cut off by Leo's laughter. "Yes. Go arrange the troops." The man nodded as he saluted Leo. "Omega!" Shouted the man as he walked out of the room. Leo smirked as he looked out the window. "It's time."

Guest Tainted Black

Black sat in a tree, wearing his Cheshire grin. He had his stiletto loosely held between his indew finger and thumb, swing ing it as he looked below the tree. Below him was a deer, and he was bored. He figured hunting would be a good way to relieve boredom, and a good way to get meat. He knew this also meant a lecture, from Azura, about how a second in command should not behave like this, but he could not help it. He loved killing things, and time between missions was torture, unless he was screwing with some sap's head. The deer moved a little, pulling him out of his thoughts. It was in perfect postion to kill. With his sword, not knife. He whipped his sword off his back, and decapitated the deer before it reacted. he thought, and laughed aloud. He hopped out of the tree, and made his way to the deer, only to have a beast jump out of a bush and rip the deer up. He knew exactly what it was. "You filthy mutt!" Black snapped at the wolf, and hit it. "How many times have I told you not to take my kill, Marsuuv?! No food tonight!" This elicited a whine from the large wolf, and Black angrily heading back to his quarters.

Weed smiled. Today was a good day. Why was it a good day? Well, some rats have decided to squeal about the devilmen. Of course such traitors shouldn't be honored. Weed never ripped a rat's throat out, but he was eager to try. Maybe thier would be hat red candy inside, the same that was on the unicorns last week...

"They had lives you know, those rats, unicorns, they have souls. More than you can say." Bill told Weed with a look of disgust.

Weed sighed, ever since he put his new Cycleon plant into his drug vat, this weird ghost started bugging him. Personally Weed didn;t quite appreciate having people in his thoughts. He'd wish the ghost guy would go away. But nooooo, he had to try to drag Weed into the "path of light". Wouldn't that be painfully bright.

Weed walked up to a door, he gave the door a crisp nod, no need to be rude. The door gave a grunt in repliy and allowed Weed to grab his nose, twist it, and walk through the door.

He went to his nearest troop, a skittersh bat man. "Hey you Batty, get over here. We are going to meet the rats and I need a full group of exterminators."

The batboy looked uncomfortable "But sir our orders were to leave them unhar-"

He was cut off by Weed strangling his throat "The big guy isn't here so I'm in charge, I'm afraid I don't like your tone. A penalty for insubordination." Weed pulled a needle from his right, the batboy floating in place from Weed's mark, and injected the needle into the bat.

Batboy screamed, his screaming then turning into giggles, then screams, eventually chocking from being unable to breathe, collapsing to the floor. Weed picked up his corpse, and removed the needle grinning under his mask. That drug grows well in corpses, Weed is going to have a very nice lunch....

Jane sat on the park bench, one pale leg crossed over the other. She gazed disinterestedly at the civilians that milled around her, going about their daily business and casting quick glances at her icy, blue-hued irises. Fingering her hidden black dagger, she wondered how enjoyable it would be to slowly kill a person right here. Now. In public. Shrugging off the reckless feeling, she brushed her hair out of her eyes and continued watching the populace. Jane was waiting for the order from the Alpha leader... the order that meant she had to kill. After all, it was her job.

Suddenly, Jane felt a prickly feeling grace her leg. Looking down, she saw an ant had decided to venture onto her thigh. Grimacing, she picked the ant off her skin and grinned at its frantic attempts to escape the confines of her palm. Pinning the ant down with her other index finger, Jane slowly started to crush the ant's lower body.

"Oh, I'm sure you'd like to escape..." she whispered softly to the ant, "... but you aren't going to this time...."

Smashing the ant's head in with her finger, Jane tossed its lifeless body to the ground and stepped on it without a passing thought.

Jane leaned back on the bench in slightly better spirits. Waiting.

Azura made it to the Division hall. But when he arrived there was no one in site. "I really do hate people." he exclaimed to himself. "Hey you, yeah you, guard with the funny looking hat." Said Azura pointing rudely at an Azneth official, but what did he care, everyone does what ever Azura wants. Mainly because of fear, but the fact that he was the prince, may have something to do with it as well. He told the guard to fetch all available Vendetta's in the area, as well as his wolf. The Guard of course, did as he was told.

The figure stood motionless among the dappled trees. He stood there, half-concealed by the mossy tree it had taken cover from. Only a small portion of the figure was visible; A shoulder, half of the head. Even these things were almost unnoticeable. They had been coated with shades of green and brown that made it blend with the forest around it.

The figure was easy prey for Archer.

Archer smoothed back his hair and looked up. From this distance, the figure's head should just look like part of the forests' on the outskirts of the kingdom that it was hidden in, but it was stood out quite well to Archer's practiced eye. He smiled grimly and looked back down his crossbow. Good. He had the figure dead in his sights. Okay, so Step 1- The Sighting: Check. Step 2- The Lock-On: Check. So now Step 3: The Distraction. All assassinations would be ruined if the assassin in question did not follow this crucial step. Without a distraction, someone could hear the bow shot and find the assassin. And so, Archer waited. And of course, the distraction appeared. A nightingale, singing its beautiful song about spring or whatever the hell it sung about, emerged from the forests beyond, shattering the silence of the morning. This was exactly what Archer needed.

Thwang.

As Archer had expected, his sound of his bow snapping the arrow forth was lost in the nightingale's melody. Suddenly, unexpectedly, the figure shuddered and fell.

Well, that was one more practice dummy for the scrap heap.

Archer stood up from his sniping spot, a depression in the ground made by a fallen log. With three long, unnatural strides, Archer was at the tree where the wooden dummy had fell. Sitting on his haunches, Archer examined the dummy, which quickly met his approval. The arrow had pierced the dummy's head almost exactly in the middle, splitting it cleanly in two. Okay, so this dummy was done with. Time to find the next one. Archer stood up and began to survey his surroundings, looking for the next target. As a task this menial would do, Archer's thoughts began to wonder, this time to his Vendetta commander. What was wrong with that man? As Weed had yet to assign a assignment to Archer, Archer had found himself once again practicing it these woods. There was something strange about him. It probably had to do with his- wait, was that a snapped branch? Oh, it most certainly was. A clear sign of a presence nearby. Archer gave another grim smile, all thoughts of his commander immediately banished from his head. He had another target.

As Jett retired from stringing the criminal to the old oak tree he noticed a startling feature. He had gotten both his Sai and Zatoichi. No way in hell... Jett thought mindlessly. If a low level thief had been able to pull such a momentous move over a Vendetta, what would become of the organization. Jett drew his attention back to the thief, only to catch a glimpse of his hind. Slimy one ehh? I'll teach you to steal from a Vendetta. As Jett grabbed for one of his shurikens his left hand began to tingle. A sensation almost. Removing the thin shafted dart from his left wrist, Jett licked the tip. A common test for poison analysis. His eyes became heavy.

"You're no mere thief then, knowing one of the few poisons that have an effect on a well trained Vendetta. Are you one then?" As the man slicked his hand through his greasy hair he chuckled, "A magician never reveals his secrets." As if by magic, he made a long overcoat and rose appear from nowhere. Impossible, foolish tricks. Jett thought, trying to keep control over his conscious. "No matter, I will assist you in your act. Just as those appeared, I will partake in the objective...." A long pause held out, "Of making you disappear." Before the last syllable could escape Jett's mouth, he was already wielding two shurikens and a small stick he had found on the ground.

"A stick? Nevertheless---" The man was caught between words. Actually, his words were very much alive, but he wasn't. The stick had been thrown as a distraction. A Vendetta would have known what it was, and not been fooled. But this 'Magician' had been tricked. The stick was actually aimed with good intention. As it came into contact with the thief's chest, his heart was in between beats. The force following the stick was enough to cause instantaneous paralysis, until the heart regained its pattern, but before leaving a gap for reaction time, Jett released both of his shuriken, hitting the foolish 'Magician' in a chink where two cervical vertebrae met each other, causing permanent paralysis. The other, just deep enough dead center of his eyebrows, to forever ruin his train of thought. The thief was now useless to whoever he was contracted with.

Fourteen years of age, and i already have a dead man under my belt. After collecting his Zatoichi and Sai he smiled. Proud of his accomplishment, Jett vanished amidst the trees, on his way to the palace, smiling the entire way.

Jane was still waiting on the bench, scoping out potential "targets of the Vandetta". It was her favorite game. She would take these civilian "Vandetta targets" and imagine them tied up and helpless. She, of course, would be the one administering their interrogative torture, gathering all the information they could garner. Then, Jane would kill them.

She could not wait to go on a mission now. Jane restlessly uncrossed her legs as a bumbling man came rushing up to her. He wore a peculiar hat, and Jane immediately knew that he was one of Azura's henchmen. Smiling, Jane decided to toy with him. As the guard rushed up, she scooted over and motioned for him to sit down. The guard hurriedly took a seat. "Commander Jane, Azura wants you at Division Hall! Right now!"

Jane put a finger to his lips, making the guard blush. "The Divison Hall, hmmm?" she whispered, leaning closer to the guard. The guard nodded fervently, suddenly aware that he was in the presence of a lethal Vandetta. Jane wrapped a slender arm around his shoulders and quietly pulled out her dagger, pointing it at the guard's beefy neck. The guard blanched. Jane hissed, "You should know that nobody orders me to do anything. Ever."

The guard was shaking, so Jane let him go, grinning as he shot from the bench. "Tell Azura I'm coming, honey!" she called after him, in a mocking tone. Jane rose from the bench, blowing hair out of her eyes, and started towards the Division Hall. Would she finally get a mission?

"This...Is....Torture. Where the hell is everyone?! Come on, they should know better than to upset a prince. Ehh, whatever" Said Azura moaning and groaning untill the point where he irritated himself. But just then the guard came running through the halls. "S-sir, I have contacted commander Jane, shes on her way" Azura couldn't help but grin, Jane was just the women for this mission. "And the others?" Azura replied. "Couldn't find anyone sir, I could go back and check if you'd like" The guard at this point seemed as if he just wanted to get the hell away from the area. Jane of course, always messing around with the guards. "That'll take hours. Im just itching for a good killing. While you round up the rest of the bunch me and Jane will set out." Azura remarked. "A-are you sure thats such a good idea sir?"...Big mistake, Azura whipped out two knives from either pocket, sent 1 whizzing through the air, which impaled the guards right shoulder, drawing blood. "Now listen, dont tell me what to do. Or next time you wont be so lucky, and i'll use this knife to slit your throat, and this knife to eat your organs... Oh

And get rid of the hat you look like a faggot."

After playfully threatening the guards at the door, Jane casually strolled into the Division Hall. She saw Azura across the ornate room, holding the same guard she had seen leave the park before. As she watched, the guard pulled away from Azura and began to shuffle obediently towards the exit, holding his silly hat in his hands. Blood was dripping from his shoulder. Jane hissed at him, and the guard quickened his pace, almost crashing into the door frame on his way out. Smiling, Jane turned to Azura, gazing at him with her icy eyes.

"So... is anyone else coming? Or is it just me and you?" She drew the last sentence out playfully and crossed her arms.

"Evening Jane" Said Azura as he sarcastically bowed to show "respect". "And no, as of now it'll be just the two of us. Whats the problem, cant handle 20 worthless soldiers? Come on. Stop being such a female. And no im not sexist, im merely bored. Now are we going to get moving or not?" Azura said as he mounted his Wolf. "How I cannot wait to bust open a couple of heads, and maybe even brick back one of their legs as a souvenir. Im giddy with exciment" He then laughed and began to ride off into the sunset. (Yes its already sunset, Jane takes forever)

Jane smirked as Azura bowed down to her. Once I become Leader of Alpha, Azura won't be the only one bowing to me., she thought, grinning.

"I'm glad it's just the two of us, Azura..." she murmured, a twinkle in her eye, making sure her voice was loud enough to be heard by the Leader. She loved messing with Azura's emotions, because she knew he would never hurt her. Come to think of it, no one ever had. Many had tried.

When Azura began to talk excitedly about the mission, Jane just rolled her eyes. Boys, she thought, irritated. When she liked most about the hunt was the suffering of her prey. But this time, it looked as if she would have to share.

Jane swung her lithe legs over her wolf and cracked a whip against his side. Yelping, Kefka rocketed off, rapidly catching up to Azura.

Kopafia was bored. It was an unsual thing in itself, but once she was bored, it wasn't nice. She wasn't normally one to play with her powers, but sometimes, she would use them if she saw something nasty. Such as seeing three teens (Kopafia estimated them to be around fifteen) bullying a small child who looked no older than eight. Kopafia was extremely sensitive when it came to bullying; she herself knew very well what it was like to be so young and yet to work like a fully grown adult. The Vendetta mark began to glow, and Kopafia concentrated.

It was always an odder experience, being rushed into the core of the minds of her victims. She could feel their complex emotions, she was finding the strings on which to tug and twist them, she was like the puppetter, and they the puppets, helpless and subordinate to her just like they should be-

Kopafia's fingers stretched and began doing their job. The yelps, the movement, the child staring in amazement, they were all foreign to Kopafia as she concentrated hard on their emotions. She could feel it; their surprise changed swiftly into pain, before changing once again to trying to resist the pain, yet it was no use - there was nothing anyone could do to stop her. She felt a small smile inch across her numb face as a rush of begging (and some remorse, though Kopafia had a feeling not all of it was from the heart) overwhelmed her victims, and she slowly released them, being careful to keep them in torment as she did so, so as to remind them who was boss. When she came back to her senses, she was glad to see the boys immediately running for it, too afraid to investigate just who had tortured them.

Her actions had drawn a large crowd; the child, who was equally oblivious, just happily skipped off. Kopafia showed no sign of wanting recognition; instead, she turned on her heels and left the scene as coolly as she had entered it.

Black had seen the duo of his superior and Jane ride by, as he had to retrieve his wolf. The thing had satyed in the forest and ate the deer, and by the time he got back, he had yet to notice. So, he headed back out, and found the mutt, hitting it over the head when he did. He had just started heading back when he saw them, so he said "Chang of plans, mutt." as he hopped onto the large wolf and followed. He caught up, and wore his grin, as he addressed his boss. "So, boss, what's the job? Or whatever it was a young man and woman were doing out here. Alone." He snickered a little at his insinuation.

Leo walked into the Omega Division meeting place. Usually called "Sector Beta". He sat down on a chair and waited for a random soldier to come by, but none came. Time eventually passed, and Leo knew their chance was vanishing. Just then, an Omega Guard wandered by the bored leader. Leo smirked as he noticed the guard. "No hello?" Asked Leo, smirking at the frightened guard. The guard started shaking nervously as he noticed the boy. "Uhh...so..sorry sir...um..uh...hello?" mumbled the guard. Leo shook his head as he walked up to the man. "Don't say hello now, you idiot. Anyways, where the hell is everybody?" Asked the boy. The guard walked backwards as he nodded his head. "They're working on the project you ordered. You know, Project Zeta?" Leo nodded his head as he started towards the door. "Looks like I'm on this mission by myself. Just give me the LG0." Ordered the boy. The guard nodded and left the room. He came back with an odd looking weapon. Leo smirked as he grabbed it and put it in his pocket. The guard saluted the leader as he left the building and announced the traditional "Omega!" as Leo left the area. Leo smirked as he hopped on his dragon and headed towards the location of the Alpha Division's latest mission location. "This'll be fun."

Jane rolled her eyes at the newcomer to the hunting party. His name was Black, and even though he was... an acceptable Vandetta, Jane just found his personality irritating. He always wore an annoying grin, and Jane wanted more than anything just to whip it off. Hiding her emotions, she turned around on Kefka, who let out a small bleat, which drew a whiplash from his master. At Black's little remark, she smirked coolly. "Silly Black. Azu and I were just going on a little hunt together..." Jane kept her eye on Azura, ready to savor his reaction. He hated when she called him "Azu".

"What brings you here, Black?" she asked. "Did you come to play with us?"

"Or kill you." A new voice said in response to Jane's question. Archer emerged from the woods, appearing before the other Vendetta. Slowly, not wanting to put anyone on edge, he walked up to Azura, the prince and his master. "The guard you sent found me." Archer said steadily. "He told me off your mission. However, he interrupted me at a most crucial time, so- you'll need a new guard." Without waiting for a reply, Archer turned and whistled sharply, three times. No matter how far away, his servant, Thor, would hear Archer's whistle and do everything in its power to reach Archer. As he waited for the wolf to appear, Archer asked his superior, "So...what is this mission even for?"

Dry, muggy air filled the cabin. Smoke was being passed around between lungs and pipes, while cold ginger-ale and hot corned beef was distributed to the loyal customers of the Chieftain Pub. Caecus smiled quietly to himself over the cheery laughter and roaring talk of the locals, only turning when he recognized an all too familiar voice. Ligon, his long time friend and eager treasure hunter had graced the pub with his presence. His sharp white tunic and black robes were his trade mark. Carefully he slid into a barstool next to Caecus.

"So, Caecus mate. Any new missions lately?" he asked quietly, with a grimacing smile.

Caecus sighed and chuckled. "You know I can't reveal that type of information Ligon. Besides, if I did, I'd have to kill you," he winked. Ligon gave him a swift punch to the arm.

"Oh, I know," he remarked, calling over the barkeep. "But you can't blame me for trying," he shrugged. "One large ale eh? And one for my friend here," Ligon said placing his arm around Caecus.

"Sadly, I have to decline," Caecus said getting to his feet, dusting away the smoke suit from his pants leggings. "I haven't checked in with the Commander today, so I'd better do so. But take some buffalo home for me, will you? I've not gone to the market in days." Ligon nodded and shook his friend's hand. They gave each other a wave goodbye, as they parted ways, and Caecus exited the pub.

The air outside was cool, and inviting. There were children at play, soldiers at work, and guards on duty. Unfortunately, they were as cruel as the Vendetta of Omega Division. Lucky for a young thief--he was no older than seven years of age--Caecus was a kind hearted person. "Stop! Thief!" yelled the fruit merchant down the road. The boy placed a hand over his ragged hat in order to keep it from flying away, as he darted away.

Two muscular guards drew their blades and began chasing the boy, but he was too slick for them, sliding under their legs, and darting through a window, into an abandoned home.

The boy stopped to catch his breath. Huffing and puffing, he wiped beads of sweat from his face. "I think. . . .I lost them," he wheezed. Looking up, Caecus caught his eye, and nearly frightened him into a heart attack.

"Holy geez mister! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" squealed the young boy. Caecus hushed the boy with a finger, smiling.

"Calm yourself young one. What's your name?" Caecus asked. The boy turned his head, and retrieved the stolen fruit from his hat. "Just take it!" he cried.

Caecus got down to his eye level, and ushered him off. "I'll cover for you. But you have to promise me to tell me your name some time." The boy nodded and escaped through a window.

Caecus quietly stood outside Sector Beta. He wondered if there would be a mission awaiting him, as he entered through the main gates.

Azura had just noticed two more vendetta had joined the "hunt" as it was now called. "Now you come? Thats just great, now we have to split the reward four ways. And not just the money, also the kills. Now I only get 5? This is bs you know that?" He looked pretty irritated. But he continued riding his mount through Azneth, the kingdom was far off into the distance now, and they were close to delta territory. Not much more time before he would get to bring back a leg. This excited him, but he was let down when he was called "Azu" He looked at Jane with hatred in his eyes. But it was quickly changed, when he remembered he could never hate her. There was just something about her that made him feel better.

Black chuckled at Jane's reply. "Azu. Aww, my little subordinate has a crush on my boss. How lovely." He covered his mouth in a snicker, and Marsuuv howled, resulting in another smack. "I told you to not do that!" He snapped at the wolf, before turning to his leader. "Oh, Azu, I'm not here for your cut. I was just here to see what a boy and girl were doing alone." He just kept grinning as he continued, "But I still would like a cut." They knew this meant he would get one, one way or another. He turnd to Archer, and stared at him, flat. He did not care for him, just because. He didn't care why. "Hurry up and get your wolf, kid." He said to the Vendetta. Then, he finally answered Jane's question. "Oh, I was out here killing a deer, until this mongrel ate it!" The wolf whimpered, and then he continued. "Now the bossman is gonna give me a rant on it, aren't you, Azu?" He asked, milking then nickname.

Jane smirked as Black made his false statement about the connection between her and Azura. I only love me, you idiot. She resisted the urge to smack him across the face.

Jane grimaced as Archer joined the hunt. She hated the thought of sharing her playthings with even one person. And now, four at once? She whipped her great wolf hard in anger, and Kefka let out a shallow roar that sounded like the laugh of the demon he was named after. "Shut up," muttered Jane, and the wolf immediately obeyed, catching up to Azura's beast in silence. Jane caught the glare Azura shot her, and laughed inwardly as the angry glance immediately softened. I knew you would never hurt me, Azu, she thought, smirking again. She fixed her icy eyes on her comrade, who was lost in thought.

"What exactly are we doing on this mission, honey?" Jane said, with false sweetness. She flicked Azura lightly with her whip to get his attention.

Azura ignored Black's Smart ass, remarks. "If only I wasn't a leader and a prince... If only." He turned to the road ahead. The Defyore Kingdom was still nowhere to be seen. "Ok lets start moving faster, we'll never make it at this rate" He gave a good pat on streaks neck, and the Wolf instantly knew what to do. The wolves speed more than tripled in distance. "We should be there in about 3 hours or so. Make that 4 if we have to stop and lay off the soon to be dead weight" He smirked as he shot a hateful glare at Black.
