Okay this is a fusion between Elemental Hero Neos and Red-Eyes B. Dragon

Dragon/Fusion/Effect

Neos the Dragon Rider

 

Elemental Hero Neos+ Red-Eyes B. Dragon

This card can only be special summoned by removing the above cards from play from your side of the Field. (You do not use Polymerization)

This card gains 200 ATK for every Elemental Hero or Dragon in your graveyard and negates all traps that your opponent controls that target this card.

 

his Attack power is 3300 and Defense is 3500

I admit his defense might be a little high so if anyone else feels that that way I might lower to somewhere between 2700 & 3000

I start the duel by removing six cards from my deck that I didn't even need to draw and Special Summon 9900 ATK worth of trap-negating monsters for an instant win. Brilliant. You obviously put a lot of thought into balancing this card.

With the edit, we can now only instantly, with certainty, and for no real cost summon 9900 ATK worth of monsters that only negate some traps. Obviously, it's balanced now. 11/10. Would read again.

Mason, you're a Level 5! Surely you read it's effect?! You might as well remove three Neos and three Red-Eyes from your deck to special summon THREE of these. It's OVERPOWERED.

Well, don't. Just see the ATK and DEF and compare it with the stars, and that's it. No more worrying about it if it's balanced.
