PTD isn't a Signer Dragon. but he's their Ally, so this should count.]This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon, except for "Power Tool Dragon".While this card is face-up on the field, all face-up monsters on the field gain their alternate Effects. The bolded means that:For e.g. a Morphtronic gains both its effects and is only in 1 Battle PositionOr when it says "It gains one of the following effects" it gains both.
