You can Special Summon this card from your hand if you control 1 or more face-up Thunder-type Monster(s). Once per turn, you can send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard. If it is a Trap Card, place 1 Static Counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. While this card remains face-up on the field, any monster with a Static Counter(s) on it cannot declare an attack against a Thunder-Type monster.[/align]

Nice card.

Its pic looks thunderish' date=' name sounds fitting.

OCG is good.

Very usefull effect, but still ballanced.

I comment though, why WIND?

A 9.7/10

I felt that the WIND aspect of it not only benefitted other WIND cards as a lot of them focus on returning cards to the hand, but because a lot of Thunder-Type monsters are WIND. You know, Thunder, storm, windy? :D

Nice concept' date=' the OCG is perfect, pic's cool.

Thanks, appreciate it. I think it's unique while not being well, "completely original" either.

Understandable, but (almost) all Thunder Monster I know are LIGHT monsters, so I was just wondering.
