Maghion Syaoran Light
Had the same problem. Wrote a nifty little program on notepad to restore some values to the registry and that blocked the Windows Defender from popping up. Then use Dr. Web to scan and fix other files.Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\.exe\shell\open\command][-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\secfile\shell\open\command][-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe\shell\open\command][HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe]@="exefile""Content Type"="application/x-msdownload" [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\secfile]This is all
♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
I disabled Windows Defender within its own settings, and removed its startup entry on my computer. Hasn't bothered me ever since. Probably at least a year or so ago.

I believe i told Lexi to post something about that. I certainly didn't expect the condom to rip :/ I also didn't expect for that virus to upload so many damn viruses. The second computer was a pain to clean

Guest Random Dude
Yeah, a lot of crap gets downloaded onto computers around this time. also, Anybody know how to reformat a hard-drive? Three of the computers in my animation class are infected again and they were homebrew viruses that were downloaded from a flash drive so they block a lot of attempts to reformat them. ♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
Simply get a Windows installation disc, and reinstall it onto a partition (hard drive), reformatting when prompted to do so. The installation will do the rest.
