♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Let's Accelerate your Game! Accel Duel DetailsAn Accel Duel is really just an ordinary Speed Duel, except with my new Speed World 3 field Spell. The rules of the Accel Duel are within the card (Which is unavailable ><)
If you activate a non-"Speed Spell" or "Turbo Spell" Spell Card, take 2000 damage. If you Special Summon a non-"Turbo Synchro" or "Dark Turbo Synchro" Synchro Monster, take 500 damage. During each player's Standby Phase, place 1 Speed Counter on this card (max. 12). You can remove any number of Speed Counters from this card whle you control a "Turbo Tuner" monster to send it to the Graveyard to Synchro Summon a "Turbo Synchro" Synchro Monster whose Level is equal to the total Level of the "Turbo Tuner" and the number of Speed Counters removed. Which introduced a new Brand of Synchro Monsters and Tuners and Spell Cards called "Turbo Synchro" and "Turbo Tuner" and "Turbo Spells". Both put Speed Counters to a new use. "Turbo Synchro" Synchro Monsters need Speed Counters instead of non-Tuners to be synchro summoned. "Turbo Tuner" Tuner Monsters need Speed Counters to tune to. "Turbo Spell" Spell Cards are all Quick-Play spell cards that Require removal or gaining Speed Counters. Now to the basics
This is just a Synchro Summon "Turbo Synchro" Style. It has the same mechanics as a Normal Synchro Summon only instead of non-Tuner use its removing Speed Counters. That means this Synchro Summon can only take place in a Turbo Duel while Speed World 3 is in play. It is the action of sending a Turbo Tuner from your field to the Graveyard and removing a number of Speed Counters so that the sum of the two is equal to the Level of the "Turbo Synchro" Synchro Monster you are Synchro Summoning.
This is basically just a Dark Synchro Summon. This uses the same Mechanics as A Dark Synchro Summon only you need Speed Counters to remove. This can only be done in Speed World 3. This is the action of sending a "Turbo Tuner" from your field to the Graveyard and removing a number of Speed Counters so that the number of removed counters (Minus) the level of the sent monster is equal to the level of the "Dark Turbo Synchro" Dark Synchro monster you are summoning. I hope you get the drift.
This card can only be used in the Synchro Summon of a "Turbo Synchro" Synchro Monster. If this card is used to Synchro Summon a DARK "Turbo Synchro" monster, you can discard 1 DARK monster to negate the activation of a "Turbo Speed Spell" and destroy it. If the card destroyed was a card you control, draw 1 card and add the destroyed card to your Deck during you next End Phase. When this card is Summoned, you gain 200 Life Points x the number of Speed Counters you have. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of "Speed World 3" you gain a number of Speed Counters equal to the number removed -1.
"Turbo Tuner - Dark Delinquent" + 3 Speed CountersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, both players select 1 "Turbo Speed Spell" Spell Cards in their Graveyard and add them to their hands. Each time 1 of the selected cards is activated, your opponent takes 800 damage. When this card is destroyed by battle, you gain 3 Speed Counters. 1 "Turbo Tuner" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s)When this card is Summoned, remove 1 Speed Counter to add 1 "Speed Spell" Spell Card from your hand to your Deck. Your opponent loses 300 Life Points. While this card is face-up on the field, if you draw a "Speed Spell" or "Turbo Spell" Spell Card, you can reveal it to draw again.

Hope you Enjoy
Shaco
I generally like the concept and mechanics of the system, but I'm only vaguely familiar with the 5ds show and the "Speed World" field spell card, so I cannot comment in length, but, as I said, I like the concept. Barian Warlord
It seems cool but will it also have the same effects as speed world2 as well?
Şäŗôķů
Did you really have to put Turbo Synchro? Why can't you just put it as a type? Anyways nice concept.
BulletMan
or a Sub Type. It would look better than being an Arch-Type. I would suggest doing that. So I'm just going to say you agree and make OCG changes that way. :D OCG fixes:This card can only be used for the Synchro Summon of a Turbo Synchro Monster. If this card is used to Synchro Summon a DARK Turbo Synchro Monster, you can discard 1 DARK monster to negate the activation of a "Turbo Speed Spell" and destroy it. If the card destroyed was a card you control, draw 1 card and add the destroyed card to your Deck during you next End Phase. When this card is Summoned, you gain 200 Life Points x the number of Speed Counters you have. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of "Speed World 3", you gain a number of Speed Counters equal to the number removed -1. Turbo Tuner - Dark Delinquent" + 3 Speed CountersWhen this card is Turbo Synchro Summoned, both players select 1 "Turbo Speed Spell" Spell Cards in their Graveyard and add them to their hands. Each time 1 of the selected cards is activated, your opponent takes 800 damage. When this card is destroyed by battle, you gain 3 Speed Counters. 1 "Turbo Tuner" Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Summoned, remove 1 Speed Counter to add 1 "Speed Spell" Spell Card from your hand to your Deck to inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent. While this card is face-up on the field, if you draw a "Speed Spell" or "Turbo Spell" Spell Card, you can reveal it to draw again. I think that should do. Cards are okay I suppose. Artworks are kinda blurry. Okay concept. 7/
